I loved the young man that came out, he was very personable. The treatment worked, which was great. It was a thorough treatment, meaning that he went into crevices and other spots. They did a great job.

It was fine. They were very courteous, they were on time and they called ahead to let us know they were on their way and they were in and out in like twenty minutes. It was very quick, easy and very courteous and professional.

I am very pleased with their service. All three employees I met with were polite and professional. They were able to inspect our house the day after I called. The treatment took place just a few business days later. Of the three estimates I received for termite control (2 other companies that quoted for bait stations and Breda), we are saving more than $1,400 over 10 years using Breda. The annual renewal payment is $160. Plus, when the friend who recommended Breda needed repair work done, she said she was very pleased with their service.

They were prompt and very professional. I was pleased with the service and the price offered and therefore decided to establish regular pest maintenance with them. I have been pleased with the service. I have had intermittent bug issues since I began service and they always come out within a day of when I call and reapply. It is the same service professional each time which I really appreciate.

From what I could tell, he sprayed some of the window sills and beside the refridgerator. Went upstairs and sprayed several things up there. He came downstairs and acted like he was done until I reminded him that the outside backyard and front yard had not been sprayed (as well as the garage). He talked a lot and sat at the kitchen table like he had worked hard all day and didn't have anything else to do. He didn't ask us to show him where the places were with issues or what those issues were.

It went well from day one. Sales representative was very respectful and not pushy at all. Also, the technicians that came to treat my house went out of the way to do the job right, however, I think they missed a spot in the crawl space because it was hard to reach. Overall, the best pest control company out there, no gimmicks, no crook used car salesmen style techniques, just good service.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were great. I liked their service and they were on time. The pest control was green so that was good because it was safe for pets and kids.

I have had rodent problems on and off for a few years. There were ugly droppings and horrible smell when they die. We were on Pest Control service with another company for a while but we disliked their approach of spraying the whole house every 3 month so we stopped the service. I saw the good reviews and like Breda's approach which is more proactive and less damaging to the environment. They set traps, thoroughly inspected our house and blocked all the entry points in the attic, chimney, and basement. The crew spent a whole day in my house to complete the fixes. And then they come back every 3 weeks for a few times. We called them twice when we saw new droppings and they always came within a day or two. The price is not cheap but I am happy with the work and my family no longer dread to go to the basement.

The professional was very knowledgeable and helpful. He obviously had a lot of experience with this type of work and did a thorough inspection of the house. The solution seemed appropriate. We have not completed the service yet but will call them back when we do.

Appointment was at 5:00 and he was there when I arrived. Introduced himself and as we walked around, he was very pleasant. It took about 25 minutes to go thru entire house spraying windows, doors, and under sinks. Then he went outside and applied pellets around house. All in all, I am very satisfied with Breda Pest Management.

Breda always shows up on time. They do a thorough treatment including crawl space, and we see no roaches for 12 or more months. Living in the woods roaches can be a problem, but we have gotten annual treatment from Breda for years andhave no problems.

Tech seemed to do an acceptable job, but wasn't attentive to the task at hand. Quick pass - done. That said, the results have been very good. I did see a stray ant - called the company - they sent a tech out to retreat right away. Solid value, good results - would definitely use again, even though other pest control offers I have seen are lower cost.

Breeda is the best pest control service we have used in Atlanta over the past 25 years. They provide both quarterly pest control and monthly mosquito spraying. They always arrive on time, do their work and leave. We have never had to call them back and they are excellent at communicating before appointments to set up service times. Their online bill pay is also convenient and easy to use. Highly recommend.

I met with a gentleman who was professional and easy-going. He sprayed for insects using a low/non-toxic insect repellent. I couldn't smell fumes and within days I saw several dead cockroaches. I really appreciate that this company uses a green product for inside treatment of pests. I also hired Breda to treat my property for termites and was pleased with the price they quoted, the work they did and the 10-year warranty. The price reflects both services.

Since Breda had such great reviews I wanted to try them for pest control to see how and what they did in regards to service before I considered changing companies. It was your standard service. The technician came in and sprayed all the areas any other service company ( and my current company) would do. In the past I had a company that would come in and also check the attic space. I have yet to find anyone who does that and I am not going to prompt them to do so, and they would also go around the house with an extended brush and brush away webs and such from the house eaves. I have yet to find anyone who gives that extra attentiveness. Breda however does a very thorough job.
