Wonderful service. Very prompt and thorough.

They did a great job, were punctual, and we haven't had a problem with yellow jackets or other bugs since.

It was fine. We used them for the big deal and they got rid of some pest on the second trip. We signed up for their quarterly maintenance for ants. They came out twice to get rid of the ants but were unable. We ended up hiring a different company that was able to rid of the ants and they got them exterminated the first time.

Excellent, bugs gone and didn't come back. Very professional, on time and effective.

Breda Pest Management did a terrific job. To setup the appointment it was very quick and easy. We had mosquito and pest control performed. The two technicians were able to arrive at the same time. Both technicians did an outstanding job. Durham did a great job of explaining how the pest control worked and what to look out for. We would definitely used them again and recommend them to others.

The service man was punctual and friendly. Did the treatment of the complete house and have not had a problem with ants since.

They have been good. We pay them on a quarterly basis. They have good ratings on Angie’s List that is why I decided to use their service. I also checked them out on a couple of agencies and they also have good words for this company. The person who came out was professional and he explained their service and the type of chemicals they will use. What I like about them also is that it is the same person each time comes here. In that way, I don’t have to explain things all over again. They did a pretty good work. Although, their office personnel were not that very helpful but the onsite people were very helpful and good.

The work and scheduling were both fine. They seemed to respond very quickly. There seemed to be less roaches after they treated. I have no complaints and it went as well as could be expected.

A two man team trenched around the house and drilled where there was concrete. They then pressure injected Thermidor into the ground. A test in three months will determine whether or not the termites are gone. The treatment has apparently already done a number on the ant population. The treatment was no risk for household pets.

The Breda representative arrived on time and their demeanor was professional. They listened to our dilemma and went straight to work. The roaches were well on their way to being gone after the very first visit. Their follow-up maintenance completed the work. We were overall very satisfied.

I purchased an old but renovated home in Inman Park and learned after closing that I had a rodent issue in my attic and crawl space. I called Breda Pest Management based off all the resoundingly positive Angie's List reviews and recommendations. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate to do the exclusion work and removal of crawl space insulation and was quickly connected with Darrell. Darrell arrived with one of his team members and the two thoroughly reviewed my attic and crawl space. They used infrared cameras to identify areas where the rodents currently were and where droppings were; although the issue itself is disgusting and disheartening after my buying my first home, Darrell was confident that it was a highly fixable issue and proposed numerous solutions to address the issues. He was very thorough and clearly explained the severity of the issue. While I appreciate there is an element to sales with estimates, I didn't find Darrell to be pushing an agenda as he identified numerous issues that he felt could be addressed over time to limit my immediate expense. Darrell proposed numerous solutions and offered flexible payment terms to help alleviate my out of pocket expenses. Nonetheless, after doing some more due diligence on my new home, I learned that the previous owners had an exclusion warranty in place and I was able to leverage the existing warranty to address the exclusion work that needed to be done. However, rather than using that company for the exclusion work, I called Darrell immediately and contracted with Breda to have the insulation removed from my crawl space and my entire home disinfected. Darrell quickly scheduled an appointment for me and again offered flexible terms even though the scope of work changed. On the day of my appointment, Breda contacted me ahead of time and informed me the team would be arriving promptly at 930. The team (Dustin, Dylan, Jeff) were there at 930 on the dot, ready to tackle the work. They quickly looked at my crawl space and attic (and without asking, removed shoes and placed tarps down in my house to limit any scratches or dirt getting into the house), and clearly explained what they would be doing and how long it would take. The guys moved incredibly fast throughout the attic and I could immediately smell the disinfectant throughout the house and saw the bags of droppings / other stuff to validate they addressed the issues in the attic. Even though I had other contractors coming in / out of the house to provide estimates, the team continued to work in the crawl space and even offered some suggestions after the contractors left around the work they were proposing. The crawl space issues were quickly addressed, they filled up an entire truck worth of destroyed / soiled insulation (without any complaining or frustration), and provided suggestions on how to address my existing and potential pest / insect control issues. I really appreciated their professionalism, thoroughness, and patience as I asked question after question. Overall, I would highly recommend Breda. They are very thorough, professional, personable, punctual, and competitively priced. I intend on letting my inherited termite and pest control warranty run its course and establishing a new warranty with Breda.

The technician came to my house the same day, I purchased the Big Deal. I just purchased a new home, so we were in desperate need of pest control. He provided thorough explanation of his work and was able to identify some problem areas for us to focus on in the future. We were impressed by their service and will sign up for a maintenance contract. Great Job!

It went okay. We called them again because we were still getting a lot of issues and they came back out again. They gave us some tips for things we could do. They seemed pretty good. The scheduling was good.

Bought Angie list deal. Breda, Jason, got rid of ant problem...had some ants in kitchen and upstairs bath, he searched out the ant hill in the yard and took care of it...no more ants.

Would recommend to anyone -- great job!

They use non-toxic products, safe for all but the bugs. Got rid of ants that were coming in the house from way out in the yard. He hunted them down until he found the nest.

Staff arrived on time, completed the inclusion and spent more time to ensure that all areas were sealed as well as made recommendations on roof issues.

The experience went well. I believe he said the chemicals weren't toxic and made from a flower so I was really pleased about that.

The company technician arrived on time, he explained exactly what he was going to use, how he would apply the insecticides, all safety features etc. he was very professional, efficient and I was pleased with the results. I will give them a call back in 4 months to reapply the low toxicity chemicals again.

They mentioned that I will not see roaches and in case I do they'd be sluggish. But I saw many roaches after the treatment.
