Breda Pest Management

We are really satisfied with Breda. The employees were very nice, respectful and worked efficiently. Our house was taking care in a timely manner and is now safe from rodents.

They showed up on time and were very professional, including explaining the products that they were using. The results have been positive so far. We had an ant issue prior to the service, but have not had any problems since.

Principal problem was an invasion in several rooms of small ants. He pretty well cured that. There was a subsequent incursion in the kitchen, which he returned later to deal with at no charge. Also dealt with a few other fuzzy, multi-legged critters. The technician seemed experienced and knowledgeable, as well as cheerful and energetic. He was a pleasure to work with.

It was fine and good. Their professionalism, service and cleanup were perfect.

It went well. I have no complaints except that I would have appreciated the pick up and removal of existing critters that were dead. Also after the service I experienced an influx of fruit flies but have not seen any of the other insects that were problematic before the service.

They were fabulous. The work was performed the day of the infamous Atlanta ice storm that left our streets incapacitated. I had a rodent problem on a new home I purchased so I had them perform the rodent exclusion. Bottom line is they solved my problem.

We moved into the house and immediately realized that there was a major roach problem. We bought the Angie's List coupon and Breda came out within a few days. Their treatment didn't kill every single roach, but they got rid of most of them. Now we can control the problem easily with occasional spot treatments. Breda did a very good job, and the Angie's List price was very reasonable.

The tech was very professional and had good knowledge of the work he was doing. He treated all area's of the house including the attic, so was pleased with that. They push the termite treatment pretty hard, so watch out for that! Even though the tech was real nice, and also gave me a reasonable price for the termite treatment, I felt like that was the selling point for getting in. I rated quality as "C", because the next morning after the treatment, I had to kill a roach crawling around in my living room. I didn't know if the roach was already at the party before the fun started or not, so the jury is still out on that one.

The service went well. They sprayed the inside and outside of our home. The technician was very professional and they showed up on time. I had no issues with scheduling, but they were a little more expensive than what we are used to.

I have used them for years. One person comes out and sprays and it takes him about half an hour. They are reliable. I have used them since 1992. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would tell a friend or family member that they are reliable.

It was awesome! He was very prompt and polite. He answered all questions. I will use them again for mosquitos.

Bought the Big Deal for inside and outside treatment. They came last summer as well. They are professional and do an effective job.

My termite bond expired so they treated my home. Other companies I called had extensive, restrictive contracts regarding their termite treatments. One company had a two page contact that said if I added any new landscaping I needed to notify them in writing or my contract was void. I called Breda and their warranty is for cosmetic and structural damage. No contract, they just stand by their work. I was sold. I also used them to do an exclusion for a rat problem I had. They reinstalled crawl space doors and removed insulation under my house and disinfected my attic. As we speak they're still checking the traps. I highly recommend them.

Their price was below the rest. They said what they said they will do. If you want a good deal, call them.

I am very happy with Breda. Every year they come out if I have issues and they inspect the work that they've done. If there are any issues than they repair. This is for rodent protection. They can always come back, it's like a maintenance contract where they come back every so often if I need them. They don't charge me every time they come out they just charge me a flat fee for the year. Sometimes they don't even need to come out because everything is fine. They do what they are supposed to do and they are very prompt. If you call them they come. They don't disappear like many other people. I am pleased with them. They are very quick to respond to what ever needs we have. They are nice people.

Excellent company to work with. Very responsive and professional on phone. We now have them coming once a quarter to make sure our home stays insect free. Great service from this company.

They were punctual and courteous. The only issue I had was that they do not treat baseboard only the entry points or crack/spaces. Which would have been fine except I purchased the same $79 offer 9 months ago from another company on Angie's list and they did way more than just treat cracks...in fact they sprayed all baseboards, walls, took out all the wasps nests and put a more effective barrier on the outside perimeter. Maybe they were exceptional and everyone else just does the bare minimum, but since the price is the same I will be using the previous firm from now on.
