Breda Pest Management

This is the second time Breda has come out to my home. I hired them to come out every 3 months for treatment. Wonderful workers, prompt, friendly and professional. Listened to my concerns and willing to come out inbetween treatments if needed.

He was great to work with. It was easy to schedule an appointment. He showed up on time and he was professional.

He was very nice. I noticed after he sprayed more inspect appeared. I called him about it and he said the spray will work in a day or two and the inspects are waking up running. .Well they are still waking up, I have not had a day without a bug around. I have not had a chance to call him to come back I gave him a C but it could be an "A" since I had not had a chance to call him

The first appointment was in May when I heard 'critters' behind the walls of my older home. A crew came, inspected both attic and crawl space and confirmed the presence of pests. They left traps, returned to check them several times. They explained what I needed to do to my older, somewhat open foundation. Masons closed off the foundation and the Breda crew returned several times to make sure the critters had found somewhere else to exist. I'm now on the 'call if needed' plan. The initial investment was considerable, but the yearly maintenance for my older home is very reasonable. Thanks Breda!

On their last visit, they performed termite and mosquito service. Prior to this, they removed a beehive that was formed behind the wall. Each time we have called Breda, they have responded professionally and in a timely manner. In the case of the bees, they were at the house in a matter of hours. I have been very pleased with the service and will continue to use them for annual service.

It went completely terrible. Several appointments were canceled. They focused on the top of my home when my issue all along was my crawl space and they never cleaned the crawl space of rat poop like I expected in the contract. My water heater broke after I hired them and rats like to sit up there so it was covered in poop so he charged me extra $$ to handle it. I also found where they were living in the chimney and cleaned this out AFTER they came because I got tired of fighting for them to actually clean up this mess instead of just putting traps out. They were very big on setting up traps everywhere but my main issue was cleanup which never happened to my satisfaction. They did replace some of the plastic under the crawl space I believe eventually but again after all the things above. After the canceled appointment and lack of getting the cleaning done they came out again and told me upon arrival that they were going to cancel todays appointment. They said weather was headed in and it would be dangerous. There was no weather at that time and nothing hit for an hour. I don't understand why I left my work to handle this appointment and there was no call to reschedule. I asked the representative if they could clean up in the crawl which was my original request and again they refused to do that saying weather was headed in. He then got very angry that I didn't like that and got very aggressive with me. I've been told he is no longer there. I spoke to Brad the Ops Manager about these issues and he credited me $50 for the extra I paid the service tech to install the water heater. The following year they came out again and found a couple rats and threw them over my fence and left them there. I'm not sure if that was retribution for my complaint but there Rodent Crew was terrible in stark contrast to their termite crew who I thought was extremely professional and did a great job every time. I felt the cost I paid and the service I received did not match up especially that I am a current customer of their Termite program. Brad has said he's sorry but I feel this falls short and this company doesn't seem to want my business as most would have offered something more substantial when service falls this short when I have paid them a lot of $$ and they still want a good reputation. Prior to this I did recommend them. I would not use them for this service if I had to choose today.

This company uses infa-red cameras to detect termites and have extensive knowledge of them. I was very impressed by their understanding of how they operate thus being able to detect and deter them from homes. When you open up a wall to get termites they run away so the best way is to not open that wall up and this is a great solution. I'm not aware of anyone else that uses this. There TERMITE staff was always very professional, timely and worked hard at inspecting the home and installing the product upon purchase. They do a VERY thorough job digging trenches. I also had an issue with my steps that a former company messed them up by using too big of a drill bit. The Breda employees did the job right and got everywhere.

Everything went well. Arrived on-time and were professional. I would use them again for future services.

The Breda rep arrived right on time. He explained what type of service was to be provided and what type of chemicals he would be using. (Non-toxic, which is great since we have dogs) I asked him for the pricing on an annual contract and he obliged and I signed up at the time. He appeared to be very thorough in his work. Several weeks went by and we were still having a lot of activity. However, it's an older house (late 50's) and not as well sealed as newer builds. I contacted Breda and they sent the rep out a few days later and he retreated. The second treatment appears to have taken care of the problem. I would recommend this company.

I called Breda on 8/13/14 to schedule for a tech to come and evaluate our pest problem. I was able to schedule an appointment for today (8/14/14) Durham, the tech, arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. After we walked through the entire house, he pointed out some things we could do to stop attracting pests. He then explained that it would take more than just one visit to get rid of the roaches we have. One problem is that we live near a lake. He explained that he would treat the outside to stop pests from coming in and then treat inside to kill the ones we already have inside. He would then follow up in 2 weeks. After that he recommended a 90 day schedule. Durham was very friendly and professional. I liked his honest observations. While checking the outside, he also noticed a fire ant hill and he treated that as well.

I was very impressed with this provider, mainly due to the professionalism and knowledge of their bed bug specialist, Alex. I had been bitten repeatedly over 2 months since I returned from a hotel stay in Savannah. I dealt with bed bug specialists in Brooklyn where I own property and have never met someone as thorough and knowledgeable as Alex. He's sort of a Professor of Bedbugs! He determined in fact that I had carpet beetles not bedbugs. Since he came, there have been no more bites at all. They were on time and very fair. It is rare to find an honest company that doesn't try to take advantage of someone living in fear of bedbugs.

The deal turned out okay. There were no additional charges on top of the $69. This was the first time I used them. They seem fine and I did not have any issues with them. They did everything they said they would. They were here when they said they would be. I did have any issues and everything they said they would do, they did.

It went well. The provider taught us a lot about ants while exterminating and we now know how to prevent ants in the future.

They treat and check for termites. They are very responsive and punctual. They are also professional and also very informative.

Doesn't come out when they say and they have to cons out multiple times to fix problem. They also hint remember you. Poor management top to bottom. Use someone else

The technician was timely, polite and efficient. I was happy with the service.

The office staff promptly responded to my request for a service and was able to schedule an appointment for me within 48 hours. The service technician arrived promptly, was very professional, and completed the service in about 15 minutes. He told me about additional service options and that I could schedule a repeat visit within 30 days, free of charge, if we continued to have pests. All around, an easy and convenient company with which to do business.

A great experience from beginning to time of service. Communication from Layla at the Breda office was awesome! She set-up the service with the technician, Fred to come within a couple of days from purchasing the service. Fred was on-time and answered my many questions and provided the service efficiently and professionally. I have set-up quarterly service with this company from my experience with this deal! I highly recommend Breda from my first experience!

It's all been a very good experience. I have no complaints with them - they did a perfect job. They came out one time to treat for the termites. My old contract had expired, and I found this company was cheaper. They do a checkup one time a year for 10 years.
