I was missing shingles on the front end of my house. William took at look at the roof and provided me a quote and repaired my roof within days of us initially speaking. I appreciate William's timely response in both providing me a quote and completing the job. Thanks again William!

This was our second time working with WS Roofing. William did a good job when working with him the first time, so we contacted him again for a roof leak on another rental property. He promptly fixed the leak and the price was reasonable. Would definitely use him again.

William responded very quickly. It was a very difficult leak that we had tried to fix before with no success. While William did not fix it the first time, he came back a second time at no extra charge and the leak is now fixed.

Friendly, prompt and professional. My only complaint is I only got a three month warranty.

After the new roof was installed I noticed that my cable dish was not working. I had to pay $350.00 to have it fixed. I attempted to call the service provider to address this with him and they promised me they would send me the money. They are now not returning my calls.

My call was returned the same day and a repair was scheduled. The serviceman (William) was prompt, professional, and honest. He explained what was happening, took pictures and gave me pricing options to fix the leak. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this company and call them again if needed.

They came out right away and gave a fair estimate. He worked with me to get the job done as quickly as possible. I live out of state and was not there when they completed the job. I went ahead and paid in full based on pictures he sent. When I arrived at the home I was pleased that they had cleaned up all of the yard and debris left the house in great shape. He left an extra bundle per my request. Can't complain about anything. He was honest, fair and did a good job.

Contacted serveral companies and WS Roofing provided the best pricing. Additionally, company went out the way to secure the materials needed for the repair given it was during the holiday season. I received prompt response and excellent workmanship. One of the best experiences I've had with a contractor. Will use again for any roofing repairs.

EXCELLENT! Mr. Sorrows came out when he said he would, took care of the missing shingles, inspected the entire roof, and gave us great advice on keeping an eye on the roof to make sure a major problem will not creep up on us without knowing about it.
