Great service. They showed up when they said and finished the job on time. They had to go through the neighbors yard to do the work and repaired and damage due to heavy equipment use so the neighbor was happy too! I would definitely recommend Jason and his crew for any job.

It went well. We were worried we had a sinkhole in our yard and they kind of specialize in that. That is why we went with them. They did what they said they were going to do. They were very professional.

Called and made appointment for provider to put in a bid to fix my koi pond. Waited three weeks before the appointment, then the day before the appointment the owner called to ask about my project. He said they didn't repair ponds only build them. He said they waited to screen callers til they came up on the service list. This is a horrible business practice and while they may be great at creating ponds I would not call on them again because of this unprofessional approach.

Everything as as planned. They secured the OK to come across the neighbors property and repaired any damages after finished. The work took approximately 3 days to complete. We were very impressed with the quality of work. Other quotes were $3000 more than what we paid. Very professional and courteous.

I would not recommend Bailey's to anyone. Monte seemed very knowledgeable but his failure to respond as promised is totally unacceptable.

Justin Bailey is the company owner and was involved in the entire process from quote to final inspection. He was very professional and easy to work with. Dan Devore is thier onsite arborist/horticulturalist and is extremely knowedgeable regarding plants, trees, etc. Dan made a number of recommendations on specific plant/shrub changes on our original drawing which we followed. The crew that worked on our project over 4 days was great. I would highly recommend Justin and his team, We will hire them again for our backyard rennovation project in the future.

The job went well. The cost was higher than I expected, but there wasn't anyway for them to know until they started digging. Very pleased with the work and crew.

The construction company that was already there doing the dredging offered us a deal we could not refuse. Since they already had their equipment there dredging the lake they were able to under bid the other vendors. Bailey Construction's estimate and quality were good. They were punctual and professional. I will use them for future projects.

I thought it was a sink hole at first, but turned out to be a trash pit. They removed everything. Everything turned out excellent. They were very professional, prompt, and explained everything as they were doing it. I was pleased with their services and I highly recommend them.

A rotting railroad tie retaining wall, drainage issues, and outdated plantings were several things my wife and I wanted to have addressed for several years. About two years ago we had a consultant draw up some plans that met our needs. The problem we had was finding a good contractor. We never felt comfortable with any that we spoke with. Frustrated, we put the project on the back burner. In October of last year, a neighbor mentioned that they had good experiences with Family Tree Garden Center in Snellville. A weekend visit confirmed their recommendation and was the beginning of a series of excellent experiences. They put us in touch with their Landscape Architect, Bruce Holliday. Working around our schedule, Bruce came out for a consultation. He took plenty of time with us and developed a plan that we liked much better than the previous one. The next step was to get the excavation and hardscaping done. Bruce introduced us to Justin Bailey. Right from the beginning we were impressed. Bruce and Justin worked closely with each other and with us to refine the original plan. This was the first time that my wife and I were comfortable that we were working with true professionals and were going to get great results and pricing that was extremely competitive with other quotes we had received in the past. Working with Justin was wonderful. He explained in detail what we should expect throughout the project. He constantly checked in during the work to make sure our expectations were being met. We could tell that Justin has pride in his company and values his reputation. He also has great people working for him! I've rarely seen such hard workers with such great attitudes. From morning to evening each day, his people worked non stop. No leaning on shovels here. Pride was evident with them too. Each evening they enjoyed showing off what they accomplished that day. I know I come off gushing but it's truly the impression we got. And the results back it up! A sweeping Pavestone retaining wall in front. Leveled planting beds by the house entrance with accent boulders (uncovered during the excavation). A sunken concrete entrance walkway replaced with beautiful Pavestone pavers. A transformed backyard that was once an unusable hill with erosion problems and is now two tiers, one at basement level and the other up at street level, and both accessible through new gates. Add to this new drainage and dozens of little touches that show attention to detail that seems rare today and you have a couple of very happy homeowners!

Bailey Construction & Landscape Group (BCL) are a top-notch landscaping company. We researched a number of companies, but we liked what they had to say on their website about how to do certain jobs right. They had excellent reviews and ratings, so we got an estimate for an extensive digging and grading and sodding job in our back yard. Monte was our estimator and he was easy to talk to and gave us good information and suggestions. We were up against serious time constraints as we were relocating and needed to put our house on the market asap. Justin and his people understood and worked with us and around the vagaries of Georgia weather to fit us in, which we really appreciated. It was a relief to have a team of people, from Vicki in the front office to the guys on the ground, who stayed in touch and knew what they were doing, and did it with no drama. There was a nice balance of warmth with professionalism that made it a pleasure to deal with BCL. They are really nice people to talk to and work with. We started out with some digging, grading, debris removal, hauling and filling, but they did such a great job we decided to expand our job. They handled the change order no worries, and we added on grading the back near the house for a nice long stretch of sod and mulching the perimeter, to increase the appeal of our house to potential buyers. BCL worked fast. They were efficient and got a lot of work done in a day, much more than we thought could be done. There's always the possibility of surprises when you're digging around in an old wooded lot, but they handled anything that came up, like the 'monster' mass of stumps where two or three trees right beside one another had grown together under the ground to form one huge root ball. I was halfway considering Googling the local codes on dynamite (just kidding) when I saw that Bobby had carefully and patiently dug around and way under and had done some combination of rocking/slicing/nudging to the stumps to get them to come up. Frankly, we clapped. It was that amazing. Bobby and the guys on their heavy machines were phenomenal. Their skill level astonished us. We watched as they co-ordinated movements between two machines to help one another. There was very little wasted motion. It was almost a ballet. There was this old oak tree that leaned over our house. We had it taken down, but the stump and big roots were up against and partly under a concrete patio. I didn't think it was possible to get most all of it out without breaking up the concrete, which would've been a real pain and expense to repair, right before selling the house. But Bobby did it. He was amazing, what he could do with his machine. We were very impressed with the abilities and skill they had. When you have someone with big equipment near your house, you really want to feel good about the operator. When we saw how good he was, we didn't have a moment's concern. They were also careful about their footprint while going in and out of our yard. They worked it out so they didn't damage a newly-installed handicap concrete walkway/ramp I'd had put in last fall which was on the side right up against where they had access to get into the back yard. I was thrilled, given how nearly in the way it was. They showed similar care to our property in general, cleaning up and minimizing impact where the machines came into the back yard, and where they drove the loader down to the street to load up the hauling truck. On the last day of the major grading, it wasn't more than 2 hrs later after they'd left for the day that we had one of those powerful storms with local tornadoes and rain and flooding. We were worried that all that new bare earth awaiting sod would wash onto our patio, but no. Bobby and company had insured that the water went where it was supposed to, to the sides and draining away from our house. They were easy to work with when it came to payment, change orders, etc. They kept you up-to-date as the work progressed so there were no surprises. If you had any questions you could always talk to Vicki and she'd have someone on it. We have been feeling very fortunate we found a great company to do such a big job. It's a huge relief to feel absolute trust and confidence in people who are working on your home, especially at such a critical time for us. Justin and Bailey Construction and Landscape Group get our wholehearted approval. We give them our highest recommendation for anyone needing a top-notch landscape company.

Justin, Sergio and the rest of the crew did an excellent job coordinating materials, equipment and personnel. This job took approximately two weeks to complete. Aside from a couple of rain days the crew was there brite and early every morning. Overall I was more than pleased with the job. This is a company that takes pride in their work from start to finish!
