In the recent conversation that I had with them is that they are willing to honor what somebody had written on your site, in Angie's List, that they will give you 10% discount if you pay them full upfront. When I called them, they said it's 5% but he said, "because you got me from Angie's List it would be 10%." It's awesome.
Description of Work: I use All Turf for lawn and yard work. They are dealing with the weeds and dealing with the small creatures in the yard.

Description of Work: CONTACTED THE OWNER DUE TO ANGIE LIST HIGH MARKS. GAVE CREDIT CARD TO PAY FOR 8 TREATMENTS FOR THE YEAR.WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE OUT WITHIN 5 DAYS. CALLED 10 DAYS LATER TO SEE WHEN THEY WOULD START AND WAS TOLD EITHER TODAY OR TOMORROW. CALLED BACK AN HOUR LATER TO REQUEST THAT THEY CALL BEFORE THEY CAME. TOLD THEY COULDN'T DO IT BECAUSE AN INVOICE WAS CUT????? AND THEY WOULD BE OUT IN A WEEK????????????????? I ADVISED THE PERSON OF THE TWO MISSED TIME COMMITMENTS AND SHE BASICALLY SAID NOTHING COULD BE DONE AND I ADVISED HER I COULDN'T TRUST THEM TO HONOR THEIR PROMISES.

+ -1 moreThe company sent a guy out to give me a quote but ended up in another part of Georgia, not my actual address. No one called to say they messed up to reschedule. I called the owner and he said we'll have it handled right away. I never heard from them. I called again yesterday and the office manager said they can't take phone calls on the phone number I called. They said they would call back, they never did.
Description of Work: I have had a very hard time communicating with the service provider.. I started the week of July 4th. They said they would send a quote, they never did.

This is really convenient since I do not have to be home for them to treat my yard. When I called I was given all my options and everything was explained very thoroughly. I am looking forward to working with All Turf throughout the year!

Just about a year ago another company came along and promised to do the entire lawn for the same price I was paying All Turf for the front and side of our lawn. I chose to go with that and the other company proved to be unsatisfactory. I have since went back with All Turf and I am very satisfied with them. They have adjusted the rate to cover all of my yard as the other company was doing that and I have no worries with my lawn with this company.

They are always very friendly over the phone and leave reminders of further services that they offer. They tell us specifically if anything needs to be done and what they have done.

They leave a summary when they leave of what they have done and what needs to be done to our lawn. I have never had any issues with them as we had went through three other companies before this. I have them now for three years.

+ -1 moreFewer weeds and greener grass.They always check to see if I am home to talk when the do an application.My last application was early May. Last week he was in my neighborhood doing another yard and saw just a few weeds so he stopped and sprayed the few weeds he saw.
Description of Work: Ihave used Tru-green for the last 4 years for lawn treatment. Every year they have gone up in price. This spring they said they were going up to 65.00 per application. Too Much. I got several estimates and chose All Turf. 38.00 per application. Their treatment is as good if not better than Tru-green and a much better price.

+ -1 moreAll Turf never responded to repeated requests for a simple written quote. Unfortunately, the company is non-responsive.
Description of Work: Having received a well designed direct mail piece from All Turf, I called them to request a quote for top dressing services for my lawn. Three days later, someone from the company called to provide a quote for fertilization and weed treatment—neither which I had requested. I told the company representative that I had requested a topdressing quote and after a moment he provided a verbal quote. I then asked him to “put it in writing” by emailing me the quote along with a scope of work describing the steps, services, and materials that would be associated with top dressing my lawn. More than 5 days passed and I heard nothing from the company which was the 2nd miscue from All Turf. I then emailed the company expressing my disappointment in not hearing from them. Some 3 days later there is no reply from my inquiry. My belief is that if a company is non-responsive prior to getting the job, they are very likely to perform in an unsatisfactory fashion when they get the job. So while All Turf failed to respond appropriately to my multiple requests, I am relieved to have learned that I cannot count on them prior to having awarded them a contract. In short, they disappointed me and wasted my time. The only question I have is this: Why would a company spend a good sum of money to solicit business only to be non-responsive when the customer expresses strong interest?

+ -1 moreThe rep from All-Turf came, applied pre- and post-emergent weed killer and also applied fertilizer on the fescue we have on the sides and back yard of the house. He also gave us written instructions to water in the weed killer and fertilizer. I'm happy with the results achieved with this company.
Description of Work: I got the name of this company from Angie's List and asked for an estimate for weed control and fertilizaion. I found the pice to be reasonable and used the Company's coupon (see Angie's List) for payment of my first bill. The All-Turf President himself came out to my house to estimate what was needed and to check on the square footage which was used to provide the original estimate. Another person from All-Turf used some kind of satellite progam to compute the estimate. We walked over the property and the All-Turf rep gave me several good tips on how to care for the lawn, and what to expect from his company. I was very impressed with his knowledge and experience and look forward to a long and pleasant relationsnhip with the company.
