Hires for lawn treatment service came out as promises for first treatment too early to say. Will update when see results.

I had a lawn full of various weeds. They came out, diagnosed the problem and made suggestions. I have them coming once a month and they leave a note about what was done along with the monthly statement. In just a few months, my yard is already looking much better, and the ease of paying reasonable prices online along with results make it a company I highly recommend.

Had a very bad experience with this company. I was given false and misleading information just so I would continue service. I hired this company in the spring and was told that I was calling at the right time because that was the best time to start treatment. My main area of concern was the backyard, however they only kept treating the front yard. After I complained about not seeing results after two months I tried to cancel. They convinced me to continue service because it takes more time. They also stated that the fall was the best time to treat my lawn. I stated that when I signed up I was told spring was best. Although I was frustrated with what I felt like people lying to me I continued any way. After several more months I decided that I did not want to continue through all of fall because I still did not see any signs of growth in my areas of concern. I also took issue with different billing information I was told. Overall I feel like I was told whatever just to keep getting my money. As of today I have zero improvements in my backyard and about 10% improvement in the front yard.They appeared to be sincere when I was ready to cancel however, I wasn't sure if that was another act just to get my money so I canceled any way.

Manager was quick to call me and schedule a time to actually come look at my project and evaluate what I needed and discuss with me and give me a price. The technician was friendly and worked the whole time he was here. I received calls to let me know when to expect service and had no problems at all. Will use again.

Taylor, the customer service rep was very helpful I explained to him what was going on with my lawn and he answered my questions and he said that he would be able to help. I've only had one application so far, currently waiting to see if my lawn gets better.

So far, so good. Customer service is exceptional. When they say they are going to do something, they follow through and do it. Cost of service is reasonable while including some additional services that other weed control companies do not include. So far, I like them.

It is too early to tell my experience but All Turf provided us their service on time and their service was good!
