They sent out people once you join the group and they come out once a year to change the filter. They recently came out and replaced my one of my AC units and they do come back afterwards to check on it and changed the filters. They are very comprehensive and I find them very good.

It went very well. They advised me every step of the way. They notified me and stayed until the problem was modified.

They took care of everything and they were great!

The good: Company was very responsive and was able to get crew to me the next day. As promised, scheduling called to say plumber was on the way and followed up with an email with name/picture of plumber and link to reviews. Problem diagnosed and repair solution proposed. Ultimately went ahead with repairs but had them install a garbage disposal that I purchased on my own. The not as good: -Not one but instead TWO crew members showed up. There was no warning about #2 guy and generally it doesn't matter to me, but why tell me who's coming and not tell me it's two guys? -Guy #2 had an audible "wolf whistle" alert on his phone that went off multiple times while the estimate was being shown to me. Finding it offensive/inappropriate, I had to tell him to turn it off. -Estimate was given as a lump sum with no options for breaking the work into different chunks or more manageable line item. The main plumber did provide an itemized estimate upon request. -No option was given for me to purchase my own disposal and have it installed. Had to ask to have price of disposal backed out of quote.

It went well. They were efficient and solved my problem. They accidentally snaked a hole into my neighbors pipe. They were able to help my neighbor.

I had a good experience. It was one person, it took about an hour and the area was left clean.
