He was very prompt to respond. I called him at 2pm to ask him to come out and check into a suspected gas leak. They came out to give me an estimate within an hour and a half. The next day they came back out to repair the problem. They always give me a good price. They do good work. They are very clean and clean up after themselves.

We have to give 72 hours notice to the board to shut off water for the building. All plumbers we use need to be licensed and verified. Although Frank looked professional in his uniform and plumbing truck, and was very punctual, he seemed unsure of what he needed to do as far as plumbing went in my unit. He charged $40 just to come out and take a look at my shower. He said the price could go up depending on what he found after he saw what was behind the tile. He recommended I install a new faucet. I was surprised he didn't cut any tile the first time he came over, but yet assessed for me to get a new faucet. Since he had been verified, I decided to let Frank come back to install a new shower faucet and spout. On his second visit, he broke tile around the shower and found a drip on the inside of the pipes. He told me that in order to fix that, my price could be a lot more. He recommended that I return the Delta faucet I bought. He was supposed to look up parts and get me a shower faucet and spout himself. That was a week ago. I'm still waiting to get a final estimate with cost of his parts. He charged me $150 for the second visit, and when I commented he had not fixed the drip, he said, it took him exactly that much just to fill up his truck. He only shut off the water in my tub to stop the drip. I can't use the shower. I told him I needed a final estimate in writing. Frank and his helper didn't even take out the trash. Also, based on conversations and verbal quotes, his prices are out of range with others. I've had two other plumbers tell me that the problem I had can be fixed simply, for under $300. I've paid Frank a total of $200 and he has fixed absolutely nothing. I haven't even gotten one follow-up phone call with his supposed estimate. I'm going to use him again, I probably live too far for him and he needs to stay close to his area. I will not recommend him to anyone I know.

WORK QUALITY WAS VERY GOOD. PLUMBER AND HELPER WERE PUNCTUAL, FRIENDLY, AND CLEANED UP AFTER JOB. ONLY PROBLEM WAS PLUMBER BROKE THE CERAMIC COVER TO THE NEW TOILET. DIDN'T OFFER TO REPLACE OR ADJUST COST. HOMEOWNER HAD TO HAGGLE A BIT TO RECOVER THE $32 REPLACEMENT COST OF A NEW TOILET COVER. PLUMBER SHOULD HAVE OFFERED UP FRONT TO REMEDY AN HONEST ACCIDENT.

WE HAD A BIT OF A PROBLEM GETTING TOGETHER ON A SCHEDULE TO PERFORM THE WORK BUT THE OWNER AND A HELPER SHOWED UP AT THE AGREED UPON TIME AND PERFORMED THE WORK IN TWO HOURS. THEY WERE CLEAN, NEAT AND VERY FRIENDLY. WE HAD QUOTES FROM FIVE OTHER FIRMS WITH THE HIGHEST BEING $859.00 NOT INCLUDING THE DRAIN WORK. SOME FIRMS WILL QUOTE AN HOURLY RATE RATHER THAN A FIXED PRICE. SO, IF YOU WANT A GOOD JOB DONE AT A VERY COMPETITIVE PRICE YOU SHOULD CHECK THIS COMPANY OUT.
