He was sensitive to my desired price point, and did not try to "upsell" me into a higher priced unit. Jorge came out and looked at a leak in our ceiling and gave us a fair price on the job. He went out of his way to keep the cost down to suit our budget. About Plumbing was initially referred to us by our granite supplier to install our 3 new sinks and faucets. We have continued to call on Jorge and the plumbers who work in his company for more complicated jobs. On the current job, our outside faucet went from dripping to running. Jorge found the cause of the problem in the pressure release valve and replaced it. He also installed a cut-off valve for the house to supplement the cut-off from the street. Finally, he replaced the kitchen faucet. They are knowledgeable and friendly, and I have confidence in their work.
