Troy and his crew are very nice people they built a deck for me and did a nice job I'm proud of it they were always on time and took their time to do a good job they are reasonable in price I will use them again and also recomment them to anybody

Extremely affordable. Came out to provide estimate for work and was able to fix my fence right on the spot. Submitted detailed pictures of work, answered any questions and provided easy payment method.

Contractors did a good job. They were clean and completed the task on schedule.

Pros: They were nice guys and had afforable prices. Cons: Late the first day and had to come back out to fix an issue with the light switch. Overrall I would recommend them to other people

Troy was easy to work with, he was always on time and got to work right away. He built everything as we dicussed. There were some issues where the wood had bad spots but he didn't notice and it was installed anyway,then when I brought it to his attention it was corrected right away with a postive attitude. The overall look of the deck with wrap around stairs and peragola top looks great!!

After just under going another home improvement project with another company that was a lot less reliable and honorable, I put a lot of value in someone keeping their word. I have never had a better better experience with a company , They are awesome. I had a return call immediately and and quote in my hand before the day was out. They arrived on time and the work was done exactly as I wanted it done. They will definitely be working my next project. DJ

They showed up when they said they would to complete estimate and job and built a very reliable structure for me. The only problem that I had was that they wanted full payment before job was completed. I had a pressure treated staircase built by them and the agreement was to have it painted as well, after they finished building the stairs they said it would need to cure for a month and then it could be painted. I thought that meant payment in full after painting but they asked for payment the same day. I explained my situation to them and they agreed to wait for payment. They did a great job i would recommend them to anyone.

I was completely satisfied with U-Design from beginning to end. I sent my request in to Service Magic on a Sunday at 9:00 am. Troy called me at about 2:30pm that same day to schedule a time to come out to quote my job. Troy was very professional and quoted a fair price. The work done was top notch and as promised, finished in a timely manner. We definitely use U-Design in the future. Thanks for a great job Troy!!

They did a very good job. There were no problems and they passed the inspection just fine. They were quick, professional and I would highly recommend them.
