The lights look nice when they are done but there is always some damage. We will not be using them in the future however due to the damage and the professionalism. We get a discount and they charge us $6,000 to do the house and the trees and bushes. They argue with us every time there is damage done. They have dented our roof twice by walking on it. They have broke shingles and broke one of our windows with a ladder. Every time they come out they destroy something. They have such a huge turnover they cannot keep anyone.
Description of Work: We used Christmas Decor for holiday decorating. They have installed our Christmas lights the past three years.

This client has been using our company annually for Christmas decorations since 2008. I know them well and each year the client request additions to their decorations. The only issues we have been made aware of was a mildly cracked windowpane and a few shingles that were indeed loose. The shingle issue was not brought to our attention until months later, in which several severe storms had occurred prior to their notifying us of the loose shingles. Our installers wear approved Cougar Paws roofing boots and comply by all safety regulations. Unfortunately, we cannot control poor roof quality, wind damage, or age of roof. As for the window, there was no actual proof of fault nor any dispute on our end. We replaced the window at our expense in a timely manner. In 11 years of operation, this is the only complaint of breaking a window. It was my understanding that they were happy and have made no reference they were anything otherwise, even when I personally had pre-season discussions with them in 2013. [Member name removed] posted this review in January 2013 after the 2012 Christmas season was complete. They returned as customers for the 2013 Christmas season with no mention of the complaints posted here. As for our employee turnover, our core and year round employees are very stable. Obviously, we have to hire in some seasonal labor for the Christmas season. We have little control as to how many return each season, as they often find full time employment in between years. All installation crews are managed by veteran employees and go through a week of training at the start of every Christmas installation season with safety meetings given every Friday morning.
