+ -1 moreSteven Smith was able to come out the same day that I called. He did a great job and completely removed a very tough stain. He even had enough water in his tank to do the job, even though I erroneously told him the water was still on in the rental property he cleaned. It was a pleasure doing business with him.
Description of Work: Entire house carpet cleaning, including a long flight of stairs and a very bad stain.

+ -1 moreWanted 4 area rugs cleaned and afterwards realized when I walked across the rugs my socks were dirty as if the rugs weren't cleaned at all. The rugs never had that fresh clean smell to them. The man was very nice. He did come with all the materials. He was timely and prompt and he was a pleasant gentleman.
Description of Work: Had area rugs, 2 runners, nice multicolored handmade wool rug in kitchen and 6 x 9 in living room cleaned, thought they were. Socks were filthy; must not have cleaned just w/water. Four area rugs. One of the runners was crooked after he finished. The other runner was stretched out of shape and about a foot longer. When I mentioned this to him he had nothing to say. He didn't offer anything.

+ -1 moreHe did an outstanding job and I was really impressed with him. He charged us $100 for the entire house, which was really reasonable and that includes the tip. He is extremely professional, very nice, and courteous. If there is something that you want him to go back over, he would do that. He pays attention to details and has a tendency to put more attention on the areas of spots. You really don't have to tell him about the spots. He just does it out of courtesy without any additional charge.
