Description of Work: One of our A/C's went out and after calling another provider, who never returned our call the following morning...I asked our neighbor who they used...so on the morning of the service, they called me back and said it would about 11 a.m. and he made it clear he would call on his way...which HE ACTUALLY DID! He went through all the mechanic of the ac unit and found that the fan was running the wrong way and that the capacitator had gone out. He then checked out our other 2 A/C's and was very professional and knowledgeable. We will DEFINITELY use Ard again. Our home is 10 years old, so that means we are going to be needed some new and more energy efficient in the near future! So happy to find someone so HONEST!
