Description of Work: French drain around inside of crawlspace, sump pump, drainage line to outside, and encapsulation of floor/walls. Friendly, professional, house smells much better, just waiting to see how the sump pump does. Didn't try to sell us on anything, when I asked about a dehumidifier he said he'd do it if I wanted to, but a wait and see approach would save us money and we might not need it, if we thought we did later down the line to just give him a call. Definitely appreciate the honesty!
