 + -1 morePro ? Bobby arrived on time, with the proper equipment. Price as agreed. We walked the yard to ensure that I was satisfied with the planned level of trimming. Thorough cleanup. Well mannered and professional. I've done the job myself in the past but ran out of time. Just what I wanted. Overall great experience. Con ? none, but you cannot pay with a credit card either on site or by contacting the office (I have not written a check in years). Company accepted bill pay (check sent to the company address). Recommend this be addressed.
Description of Work: I needed two trees and three Crape Myrtle bushes trimmed. I contacted 9 Oaks (via web page) based on a referral from a local nursery. With my description over the phone, an estimate was given. I approved and set up the date.

 + -1 moreBrandon was very punctual and professional. He came out with just an assistant and cut down some very tall 20-30ft trees. I was amazed at how this young man was able to determine the correct angles to cut and have the tree fall down without damaging my home or my neighbors home.
Description of Work: Brandon came out and removed about 8-10 trees on the side of my home that was causing a safety issue.
