We discussed the style and color of the replacement front porch railings. Compton provided a timely estimate. Initially I thought the estimate was a little on the high side, until I priced out ordering online kits to do it myself. It became clear that a custom railing made by Yoland Metal Works was the best way to go. The railings look great and the installation is highly professional. Easily the most professional we have ever had work on our various house projects and upgrades! The work itself was outstanding -- I love just looking at it. I think what I appreciate even more than the quality of the work is Mr. Powdar's work skills, i.e., calling us about arrival times, schedule of the work itself, explaining what would be done and when, a tap on the window by one of his workmen who had arrived before he did -- these sound like simple courtesies but they are not and how nice to have with a major project. "Highly Recommend" is not enough of an accolade -- thank-you Mr. Powder!

It was a small job but the performed like it was a big job. They did a beautiful job and it was a very fair price. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Very nice people.

The work was good but the time it took was too long. We waited almost 4 weeks for a front porch railing. Other competitors were saying 2 weeks tops. Compton was very nice and professional and seemed to know what he was dooing.
