I met with Mr. Boyd to review my desired plans for the bathroom. Mr. Boyd provided suggested to ensure we wouldn't have moisture issues in the future. He and his partner did a great job. When he ran into challenges (which happens with older homes) he would review options and provide an updated quote. He would show up on time. My family came over for the holidays and they ask for his contact information. He will definitely do other projects in our home.

Thomas was very responsive and very quick when we reached out to him. He came and saw our place and gave us a lot of ideas and help. This is our first major renovation, so we told him what we wanted and he gave us some advice and tips that really helped since we didn't totally know what we were talking about. He was quick to respond to when we texted or called him to add something or change our plans. Overall, we were very impressed with the work that Thomas did for us and we will definitely be using him again in the future.

Thomas did my kitchen and dining room floors along with my back splash. Awesome job. I'm in love with my kitchen again :)

AMAZING. The closet was in such bad shape I wasn't even sure where to start in asking Mr. Boyd to fix it. When that became apparent, he made suggestions, told me what he thought would work, look best, and how he wanted to do it. It was obvious he had a vision for this mess of a closet. He explained it to me, soon gave me a wonderfully affordable quote, told me how long it would take, and when he could start, He did a GREAT job. I was impressed with his ability and attention to detail. He did it just right. He didn't re-do the closet to the bare minimum so he could rush through the job (and he didn't try to "over do" the closet either by making it into something I didn't need or want to pay for) but he built a clean, nice, brand new-looking space that spruces up the bath and makes the bathroom much more usable. I am thrilled. No kidding. THRILLED. I would hire him again in a minute. This was one of those times when you take a chance on hiring someone you don't know, for a job you're not sure about in terms of cost and work, and you hit the jackpot. Highly recommend.

The entire process was smooth and easy. The work performed was phenomenal and Mr. Boyd was awesome! After dealing with other contractors who lacked in follow-through and integrity, he brought a peaceful close to an otherwise arduous process. We highly recommend T.N.I. and will call on them for all of our repair and remodeling needs.
