What a great experience. Britteny is the Olivia Pope of nanny placement. You could call her "Olivia Poppins". She has a portfolio of nannies and babysitters from a number of different walks of life, each with their own unique gifts to offer. We were looking for a full-time nanny with flexible hours. Britteny had a long list of terrific candidates in her portfolio. We actually hired the first one we interviewed. It was a perfect match and the kids loved her. Britteny handled the contract and all the negotiations with the nanny. We were riddled with anxiety about how we were going to replace our current nanny when she announced she was going back to school. Britteny told us not to worry - that she was on the case and would find us the perfect replacement. As a matter of fact that she did it within 24 hours was nothing short of amazing. We're also signing up for her babysitting club - which for a flat rate will provide us with babysitters any time we need them - even at a moment's notice.
