This seems like a mom and pop operation, which is fine. But at least make an attempt to complete the business.

Jeff was on time, pleasant, informative. The job well exceeded my expectation. The job was done quickly & professionally.

Jeff arrived around his estimated time and promptly set to work. He gave advice and promptly quoted the extra costs of the job. He got right to it, and knocked it out in short order, cleaning three bedrooms, a hallway, the living room, and a couch. The house smelled much better and the carpets looked exponentially better.

I had just baought a new home and just needed a simple carpet cleaning. He looked at the photos I sent him and told me he saw some spots and wanted to charge me a much higher price than waht the deal was for. I told him I was not particularly worried about the spots, I just wanted the carpets celaned as the deal stated. He wasn't even willing to come look at the carpets. He said for insurance purposes he could not honor the deal. I was very disspointed and would not recommend them at all.

The tile was cleaner than when the work was started but not as much as I had expected. The floors needed to be mopped afterwards because of the residue from the cleaning solution. The vendor charged twenty dollars each time he went to another bathroom as an equipment moving charge which turned out to be a bucket, a hose, and a rotary brush. The worst thing though is that the baseboards in all the bathrooms where the work was done are now warped from the cleaning solution. We are having them replaced. Apparently, the baseboards are made of fibreboard and not wood. They absorbed a lot of the solution and warped. At first, we thought it was a plumbing leak and had the plumber come over. The plumber assured us that there was no leak. A neighbor in our neighborhood had the same work done by another vendor and did not encounter this problem. All in all, my guess is that the vendor used too much cleaning solution during the work. (By the way, I was unable to get a response from the vendor via email. He only responds to phone calls.)

Excellent remembered previous work.

I called and him to schedule the work and it cost extra for him to do the tiles (frame tile. Due to the work I need done being extra I decide not do the big deal. The provider wanted pictures of the work to be done. He does not remember who he is speaking with on calls. Their were also scheduling issues with the service and the provider wanted to do additional work.

Last December, I used a company that said their service leaves zero residue. Within a few weeks, all stains had reappeared. With Rug Scrubber, my carpets still look great and nothing has re-appeared. I highly recommend them!

He arrived on time. Did a complete job and was knowledgeable.

He told me that if he didn't have some ideas of the work before he came out then he might not be able or would have to charge more. I had already purchased the deal as it was, so I wasn't sure why he needed more information. I decided to not have the work done.

I paid $127 for the Angie's List deal. When he arrived, I was told I needed further ttreatment/cleaning and altogether it cost me $407. This was an unexpected expense. The carpets look very good but I feel I could have gotten the same look at a lower price.

Unreliable. Owner stated he was available to do the work on a Tuesday 3 days before I had a party scheduled. He ignored my calls and email messages to schedule a time for the service. He expressly told me I would meet with him or speak to him on phone Tuesday morning did not get a call until 6:00 from and undisclosed number and not the owner. Company did not show up as promised so I hired another cleaning company. I will never use Angie list coupon again!!!

I called Jeff Jones in December 2012 to have my carpets cleaned before Christmas. He told me he was in the hospital, but in order to do anything he would need pictures of my 3 worst areas. I figured I would give him time to rest and call him after the holidays. I called him today Jan 7, 2013 to set up an appointment and again was told he needed pictures of my 3 worst areas. I told him "I don't have any stains, no bad areas, I just want my carpets cleaned" Jeff proceeded to tell me that the price I paid $129 for a Whole House Deep Steam Green Carpet cleaning up to 2500 sq. feet was for a "Basic service" and his liability insurance required a "Professional Service level" He inferred that there would need to be additional charges to satisfy his insurance requirements. When I asked him if the "Big Deal" that I purchased stated this, he said "Have a nice day" and hung up on me! Jeff Jones has the definite feel of a bait and switch scam.

What an ordeal!!! When I first talked to Jeff Jones( he was in the hospital); so he asked me to text pictures of the ares that needed cleaning. I did text as he requested and did not hear from him until four days later ( after I had called and left messages twice). When he called me back, he could not remember who I was or where I lived and I had to text the pictures a second time. So after we finally were able to talk on the phone, he proceeded to add on more charges which would cost $12.50 per area. I told him that the cost of the coupon was advertised as $39.00 for three rooms and a hallway. In the last conversation, the price had increased to $114.00.He gave a flimsy excuse as to why the price was different. Not professional and I want a refund. I would not recommend this individual.

He was running a few minutes behind but he called to inform me prior to arriving. When he arrived, he looked at the carpet and said he wouldn't be able to do the work for the coupon stated. He said it needed a lot more treatment and told me the price. He stated that it would be a liability if he couldn't get the stains out. I didn't want to pay the additional charges for treatments and for an additional room. I have since requested a refund.

I called on a Wednesday; the owner's assistant answered and said that they could do the carpet cleaning on the day I requested (for which I was grateful with company coming) so my roommate rearranged her schedule to be home. Per their request I texted 3 pictures of the room to be cleaned with my address in the subject field. I never received confimation that they received them but did not think any more of it. I called the morning of the scheduled cleaning and left a message to confirm that they were coming. I called later in the morning and got the voicemail again but did not leave a message this time. 30 minutes after they were to be at my house (and weren't) I called to see if they were running behind as I still had no contact from them. A gentleman answered the phone and I stated that I had a 4 o'clock appointment with them but had not received notice that they were running behind and what time did they anticipate arriving. The man became quite agitated and explained to me that he could not kill himself looking at things in his phone (to clarify: I did not ask him to look at anything on his phone) as he was driving down 285. He then asked me if I was the "lady with the big chair that had all the awful stains on it." I explained that no, I had one room and 5 steps that were to be done and his assistant had taken my request and was to arrange things. He, again, explained to me the whole 285 thing. He said that he could maybe work me in the next day (and not politely) to which I stated that I would need to call him back because I was angry and needed to get to an appointment myself. When I called the next morning to see what time he would be there he stated that "well, I had time today when I talked to you yesterday but now I am booked." I explained that he needn't worry; I would be contacting Angie's List for a full refund at which point he said "fine" and hung up the phone on me. I suspect there was a tremendous response to his great offer on Angie's List and that my reservation fell through the cracks which happens. His venom at me b/c he was angry that someone dropped the ball was NOT acceptable though. Perhaps some better organization and communication amongst his staff would create less stress for the entire team.

Lousey. I still need to have my money refunded. I purchased this service and attempted to contact the provider, Rubscrubbers of Atlanta, many, many times. Left voice message with contact phone number. Also, tried to send email to the email provided on line, but the email address was also erroneous and was verified as such by Angie's list personnel. I would like to receive my money back for a false advertisement and lousy information that costs me - not only in money - but in time that was critical in needing this service. If provider does not service certain areas around the Atlanta proper, that should be stated on the advertisment.

We purchased a home a few months ago that has white carpet. The upstairs carpet was stained and dingy and we were hoping that cleaning it would work and that we wouldn't have the expense of replacing it. Jeff came out and did a good job. He was on time, efficient and left the carpets looking clean again.

Jeff did a great job on the carpets. I have white burbur carpets that stain easy. He got all the stains out. For an extra $50 he cleaned the edges of all the rooms that were quite dirty. He is the first carpet cleaner i had that even suggested that the edges could be cleaned. He did a great job for a fair price. I will definitely use him again the next time my carpets need cleaned

Jeff answered my phone call and offered to do the work within 2 days. He came on time, did the work efficiently and cleaned up afterwards.

Jeff did a great job on cleaning my carpet. My carpet is cream colored and it is old (over 10 years) and it was looking really bad ... ground in dirt on the steps and the hallways looked really dirty because of high traffic. I am expecting guests on Christmas Day, so I wanted to at least get my carpet to look okay. Jeff came in on time and was very friendly. It was nice that he does the work on a Saturday when my husband and I are home and we can see the work that he does. He first treated my carpet with a cleaner that helps remove residue and dirt from the carpet and then he did the vacuuming and boy, what a difference did he make! He cleaned 5 bedrooms, a hallway, and the stairs and it looks so much better now. He also did a great job of cleaning the edges of the carpet along the walls where the carpet was looking black (now it's a pretty cream color again). Another thing that was important to me was the green cleaning products he uses .... you don't have that harsh chemical fumes from the products he uses and that's great because I have chemical sensitivities. I told him this was an early Christmas present for me. I am completely safisfied with the work he did and would not hesitate to hire him again for additional work whether its carpet cleaning or tile and grout cleaning. Thank you Jeff ... you made my day!!

Immediate responsiveness and quick appointment. Showed up on time and very professional. Very nice and personable guy. Work was performed quickly with good results. I would have them back to do other work, as it was really painless to get a job well done.

When I called to make an appointment the owner, Jeff Jones, told me that he wouldn't make an appointment until I sent photos of my carpet. After sending him photos he told me that I needed much more than the basic cleaning. Since my carpets are only 2 years old and in good condition, all I was looking for was a basic cleaning. When I told him that, he said he wasn't interested and hung up on me. Not what I was expecting from an Angie's List business.

He surprised me with extra costs for things that were not included in the deal. It would be $150 more than what I had already paid. I had already moved all my furniture and it was a big waste of my time. I decided to not have the work done because of the extra costs.
