Inspection went fine. Lee called when on his way, was on time, completed inspection, listened to our concerns & gave feedback, and was very polite/professional. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone!

Awful, provided us bad information for the units. Which in turn caused us to spend more money elsewhere to correct the issue. Now both units are working properly with no issues. Still waiting on a response from R&I on refund for the HVAC agreement. "Lee told my fiancé that the downstairs unit had rusted a hole through the bottom and that is why it was leaking. We could either replace the bottom part of the unit (which is as much as the whole unit) or we could place a drip pan to catch the access water then pump it out when the pan got full. He also told my fiancé that the motor for the outside upstairs unit was the wrong motor and that was why the fan was not running as many RPM's as the other unit. (Lee also told me all of this on the phone when he called for the groupon and agreement to be emailed to him). Due to the motor being replace a month ago from a different company, obviously we were going to call them back to make sure they made that issue right. However, upon them coming out ? the motor that was replaced IS the correct unit and we just needed Freon. Also, while there asked them to look at the downstairs indoor unit that was leaking. They told us that the bottom part of the unit is plastic and has NO hole in it. They fixed this issue as well, so there will be no more water leaking."
