Description of Work: Outside electrical outlets were not working and some GFI switches were not working. Also had to replace porch light fixture

Description of Work: Outlet needed to be replaced--caused exterior and some interior lights and outlets to not work.

Description of Work: My home warranty call fee was 100.00. The switch inside the house was not functioning properly and we needed a GFI plug in the garage. He replaced the GFI unit but when I mentioned the work inside the house he told me my warranty would not cover it. I still wanted it done so he gave me a price of 75.00 which I paid out of my pocket. The light switch worked when he left but a couple of weeks later when I wanted to use that entryway the lights didn't work. I called Jerome King for a solid week asking him to come and look at the problem and see what was wrong plus I wanted him to put a couple of flood lights in my backyard. He promised to call me back but he never did. After several calls and now my call being sent to his voice mail, I called him from another number. When we talked he kept saying to me that the lights worked when he left and I said yes but they are not now and if I had to pay more that I was ok with that plus I had more work for him. He kept going back and forth about the lights working when he left. He became very argumentative . To get me off the phone he said he would be here Saturday. That Saturday never came and he never called. I later found out that the work he charged me for was covered in my warranty.

Description of Work: I paid the $75 fee determined by our home warranty company for an electrician to come out and look at electrical problems. The electrician arrived on time and did a thorough check of problems.
