+ -1 moreIt went very well. I was very pleased at the results of his inspection and the timely fashion of his report. I liked the format, which I could understand, and the included photographs. I was pleased with the cost and I learned how the wise inspecting of a home and knowing what you need to have done, can save you a great deal of money, in the long run. He took the time to answer my questions about his qualifications and certification.
Description of Work: The provider arrived when he said he would and didn't keep me waiting as I had places to go after meeting with him. He was younger than I had expected but that proved to be no problem. He explained the many areas of inspections and asked which I wanted him to focus on. The number of areas you ask to be reviewed, affects the cost. I was primarily interested in insulation, roof condition and pest invasion.
