+ -1 moreThey can improve on their turnaround time. They had my computer with them for about a week. Everything was fine when I got my computer back. They were very knowledgeable. I would recommend them. They knew what they were doing. I would use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used Geek Squad for computer repair and services. They did the work around June. I had warranty so I paid $100 to get the files recovered.

+ -1 moreI was happy with the sales team over at Best Buy. They were helpful and accommodating and to be honest, they were charging way less than other places for the units I was looking at. I found the salesmen to be really good over there and I know I got a good deal so I have no issues with them.
Description of Work: I recently got myself a new washer and dryer that are higher end from Best Buy. They were having a special at the time.
