The technician came out promptly at 8am in the morning as scheduled. He accessed the property to make sure that it marked by the utility locator before any work was performed. They replaced waterservice with 1 inch pex and explained the process to us from beginning to end. The job took one day and things were back to normal. I was extremely pleased, with work performed and if ever in need of a plumber I definitely use them again.

No complaints! The plumber arrived on time and went right to work. He explained what was to be done every step of the way and gave me some tips and advisement on the septic tank care. The price was reasonable. I will recommend them to a friend.

He fixed the problem, however I thought that his price was extremely high. I was so upset about the price I said I would never call him again. It was absolutely outrageous for the amount of time he was here. After he left I called some other plumbers to see what they would charge and every one of them would have done it for half that price.

Water flowed from the overflow pipe when toilet was flushed. I knew that this could mean that there was a blockage in the line or that the septic tank needed to be pumped, so I asked the company to check for blockage first. The plumber worked very hard, but could find nothing, so I asked for a quote on draining the tank. Their quote was outrageous!! I have paid $200 in the recent past and their quote was $450. When I told him that I needed a better price he offered a 10% discount if I would have the work done that day. I felt "hustled". He did lower the price of the completed service call from $315 to $250, but I would never call them again.

Sheldon, the worker who came out was very thoughtful. He stayed late every night to make sure the job was done right. Rick, the owner was also really nice. Their work really stood out and we were very happy with the outcome.

I have referred this company to my friends, who are also using their services. They do a great job. I was most impressed with the fact that he was willing to come on such short notice. He gave me a quote for the job up front but things didn't go as planned and he stuck to the quote in the end. It turns out that he was working outside, in the rain, until 1 AM! That is dedication!

Great. They showed up on time, surveyed the problem, provided an estimate, repaired the leak and the charge was less than estimated. Very professional. I have recommended them to several friends and always received glowing reports on the work performed.
