He didn't install pursuant to Owen's Corning architectural shingles guidelines and did not complete the project. He did not provide all the required materials to validate the Owen's Corning guarantee. He didn't return to finish the job pursuant to workmanship warranty. I'd like to get him to finish this project. I was trying to contact them for 2 years and they don't answer or they said they will send someone out but never did and they continue to use the same phone number of the same company.

Jim and Mike are seriously hard workers! They made our cedar shake roof look brand new. Every day the work area was cleaned up before they went home. Highly recommend this company.

The debris from the repairs and cleaning of the gutters was nowhere to be seen. Every day the site was as clean as when they arrived and the final results of the cedar roof treatment made the house look brand new. If you have a cedar roof hire these guys. You will be impressed with the work and their professionalism. .

I'm a professional builder and I hired ACR to perform maintenance on my personal home wood shake roof, clean it and apply a preservative to the wood shingles to improve their life and appearance. The guys did a great job and paid attention to detail and repaired what needed to be repaired and replaced some shingles that needed replacing. They were very thorough and professional. Always kept me informed. Always cleaned up every day. They just did a great job and I would certainly recommend them or hire them again when I need their service. Very well; roof looks like new. A couple of leaks were exposed, and Jim and his crew have been very responsive in their follow up. Top notch service

They were very responsive and prompt, they came when they said they would, they were wonderful, cleaned up after themselves and they did a great job. The president of the company Jim came back at the last day and gave me a tape, he said that I have to put on tape on the spot that that I was not satisfied. He came the next day and fixed everything to my satisfaction.

We just bought a new house with a shake roof that looked awful. I seriously considered replacing it but Jim and team came out and made it look new for a fraction of the cost of a new roof. My new neighbors now say I turned the worst looking roof on the street to the best looking roof! Thanks Jim!
