We got an estimate by phone, Keith and crew arrived on time, were courteous and were finished in a flash. In one area they raised the driveway almost 6 inches, so this was a great help to us. The service we purchased did not iclude filling the cracks but our older son did it for a few dollars. As the driveway cracks were extensive, we are opting to have the entire driveway refinished to spruce it up completely for a completed look. We saved thousands working with Mudjack Atlanta. Many in our neighborhood have done the same and were pleased.

Overall, excellent job. The porch looks great. Keith and his crew are a pleasure to work with. I have already referred Mudjack to neighbors.

The stone around my in-ground hot tub began settling several years ago and the joints between the stones were cracking. I chipped and pointed the area once, but a year later the problem persisted. I called MudJack and spoke with Keith. He visited and gave me an estimate of $450 and we scheduled a time for him to do the work. When they began pumping their product under the slab, it eventually got between the slab and the stones and started popping the stones. Long story short, they tore everything out that popped up, reinforced the slab and reinstalled/pointed the stone. 6 months later it is all holding up perfectly. I must admit, I am surprised...his product really works. I just joined Angie's List and am writing about a servide I received 6 months ago...that should tell you something. The only criticism I have is the cement in the joints hasn't faded to match the preexisting cement as promised...we should have tinted the new cement gray. Other than that, my problem is solved. At the end of the job, Keith honored my $75 coupon and thanked me for my business. When I expressed concern that it might settle again, he said and quot;don't worry if it does, I'll fix itand quot;. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend MudJack.

The owner of Mud Jack Atlanta came on a Saturday to give the estimate and I decided to use Mud Jack Atlanta for the project. He offered to work at a lesser price than others and he also gave me a 5 year guarantee that other providers did not give.

Keith responded to a message I left for him and made an appointment to come to my home and look at a concrete patio. He and an assistant surveyed the situation, checked level and determined the cause of the split in my patio to be related to trees causing it to heave. We discussed the options and he was very honest and frank with me that his service was not what I most needed, even though he could have easily won a job from me. The fact that he was professional and honest, and did not propose unnecessary work has prompted me to write this review. If I ever have need for leveling services again, I will call him.

The company was easy to get a hold off and I spoke directly to the owner "Keith". He came out within a few days to provide an estimate off the work to be done. I did not have to be there which was convenient. The estimated price was less than other bids and Keith was able to schedule work to be completed just a few days later. Keith called day ahead to confim and showed up with two associate on time as promised. Work was done professionally and met my expecations. Keith and staff was friendly, approachable and appreciative.
