Description of Work: The customer service was lacking in all aspects. When I called the service provider the person answered the phone with a nasty "Hello" as if they were having a bad day. When I asked to speak to Mr. Favors I was then answered with a rude "Who's calling". There was no uniform telephone greeting that informed people they were contacting an actual business, it was instead behavior that one would experience from an unprofessional business being run out of someone's home. I was very unhappy with the treatment I received upon calling. It could be possible that the businesses personal number is listed on this site. If that is correct they need to mindful of that or get a business line specifically for potential customers and have a person with a sense of professionalism answer the phone.

+ -1 moreHe was awesome. Not only was he on time, his prices were very fair and he basically re-build a couch for us. He looked over our broken couch, and when he returned it, it looked like a brand new one.
Description of Work: He fixed our couch.
