 + -1 moreJohn has been out twice going over the job plan(kitchen remodel) He is very knowledgeable. Had alot of suggestions to get the plan going the way my wife expected.The quote was reasonable. (actually a couple of thousand less than I had estimated). It looks like he will be given the job.

 + 7 moreJohn Robillard and Sam Morlett did a fantastic job remodeling my garage into a home entertainment room. They completely changed the outside on the home so that one couldn't even tell there were ever garage doors there. There are no left over garage squares. Just two new windows and shutters with new siding that looks like the builder built the wall with the home new. Inside they dry walled the inside, made fan and new power outlets. They took off the garage entry door and widen the entry to make it an entrance space just like one into any other room. Also they create larger, safer steps into the new space. Now of course we still have to wood or carpet and paint it. But my family is very happy to have this new space for the kids after downsizing. We knew we would not have it if we did not do it right when we moved in. Sam and John were always on time, flexible and super nice. I would highly re come them for any home improvement job. They just built a brand new deck for one of my very good friends last month too that he absolutely loves. They too are talking about having John and Sam do their garage and built a new garage next to it!
Description of Work: John Roillard and Sam Morlett did an incredible job making my garage into the start of a kid paradise and yearly Super Sunday Game Center. They did all the hard heavy professional hard stuff and left the do it yourself details to us to save money.

 + -1 moreIt went great, there was an issue with the top of our first vanity shattering, but it turned out to be a manufacturing defect. Mr. Robillard helped us get the issue resolved with Lowe's, and he was honest about what had happened. We really love the work. It looks so good!
Description of Work: John Robillard remodeled a small bathroom in our 3 br / 2 ba home in Garden Lakes. It had terrible wallpaper that he removed, and he took out the linoleum flooring, old vanity and lighting, and old toilet. We had new slate tile put in on the floor, and a tile backsplash (of sorts) installed over the tub/shower surround. He installed the new high efficiency toilet for us, and a sliding glass shower door put in to replace the rod and shower curtain. We had three estimates, and his was the lowest. We liked the fact that he brought pictures of his work in cabinetry and remodeling with him when he gave the estimate. I was concerned that we might run into higher cost in the end than he figured, but it was right on target!
