+ -1 moreI was pleased enough with their first work to call them again, but their unresponsiveness to my 2nd call has really put me off. I wouldn't recommend them based on that. The 2nd time I called and left a message I told them that the work was fairly urgent and asked them to call me even if they couldn't get to me. I waited 2 days after the promised time to call and complain that they didn't show up. The second call was 6 days ago. Plenty of time to respond!
Description of Work: Pine straw blown out of beds, 3 trees cut down, 12 stakes removed from ground (this was hard work - they had been driven in ground to hold landscaping timbers that had rotted), junipers pruned, yard waste dumped. This was in December during slow times. They had left a flyer on my mailbox. I called them again April 24, to do pruning and cut my grass. The first called was returned, but they didn't show up when promised and didn't return my follow up call when I called to ask why they didn't show up.
