Description of Work: When I called him I did not know that his company did not do the pumping, which I suspected I needed. He came and looked at my septic tank problem and recommended an Davis Septic Tank Service, who turned out to be excellent. He did not charge me anything for the trip or his time. I was very impressed though he was not polished. (Too much polish makes me suspicious.)

+ -1 moreI got a very bad feeling from them. When answering the phone he just said "Hello." They didn't say the company name or anything. They were very unprofessional on the phone and was a total turn off with just the first call.
Description of Work: I called them this morning to see if they could provide an estimate to repair some damages to our septic tank from another company.

+ -1 moreWhen I called Wesley and described the problem he scheduled a visit to meet me there the next day. At the visit he examined the site and asked questions. He suggested that the company pumping the tank might not be cleaning the filter. (My older tank did not contain a filter but the newer one does.) We checked with the pumping company and found that they do not clean the filter unless it is requested. They came back out and found it to be completely clogged. I was impressed that Wesley responded the next day to a potential problem with work he did 8 years ago. It turned out not to be his problem at all.
Description of Work: In December of 2004 Wesley installed a new, larger septic tank and new field lines that were required when I built out the basement. This past week we had a problem with a blockage even though we have had the tank pumped regularly. I suspected the cage style field lines had collapsed and called Wesley.

+ 0 moreOur septic system had started to fail, it was obvious by the surfacing of water from the tank. A neighbor recommended Mr Spiers. I contacted him, got an estimate , shook hands , and sat back and watched. Mr. Spiers took care of the permit submission with Gwinnett County and arranged for the tank to be pumped out. Once the permit was in order, he arrived at 0830 Monday morning, laid in the new system and had the county out for final inspection. By 5 PM he was done, having done everything that we agreed upon, and then some, He even moved a couple of my wife's prized plants that would have been in the way by scooping them up with his backhoe, and replanting them in the back yard. Definitely recommended.
