Sal was hired to replace a hot water heater in a tenant's property. He agreed to the job and price, but said he had to have 1/2 up front. We drafted $605 into his account and then he refused to do the job until the bank draft cleared. We had to hire someone else so the tenants had hot water. He got the money and refuses to return it! Thief!

Very unprofessional. We had a contract to remodel our main bathroom. When they dismantled the old bathroom, they knicked the sheetrock on the walls and said they would fix it. They never fixed it. While doing the job, personnel would come and go at tiling, failed to place the tile so that it was flush with the walls. There were also large gaps between the tile and door. These gaps were not covered by the wooden threshold placed by the door or by the baseboards that were installed. There was also a lot of grout between the base of the tub and floor where there was another gap. They also did not clean up after after themselves. They also refused to wipe down the tile after they placed the grout to ensure that no grout was left on the tile. When we mentioned all of our issues over the phone, they were rude. They were just interested in getting the check. In fact, they said it was our responsibility to clean after them. When they finally did send someone, they tried to add a caulking between the baseboard and tile to cover the gaps. However, they did not fix the knocked sheetrock. They also did not provide invoice receipts for the last two payments after multiple requests for them.
