The guy did what he said he was going to do and charged what he said he was going to charge. He was knowledgeable about the work and he showed up on time. The price for the service was reasonable.

Neil was an excellent HVAC person. He kept me informed along each step of the way as to what he was doing, and he was professional and polite. He showed me the gauge which indicated one AC unit needed freon, quoted the price, and completed the process. He spent a good bit of time thoroughly cleaning the condenser, much better than anyone I've ever hired before. He cleaned up afterward very thoroughly.

RK came out same day, and he was very nice. He assessed the problem quickly, and gave me two options. My system was only 6 years old, so I opted to take the less expensive solution (which was to replace the motors, and make some minor repairs). To replace the compressor would have been almost $4,000. I did not receive another estimate, but I felt comfortable with him as a professional, so I had him do the work, which he did on the spot. He was on time, and responded to my initial call quickly, and was very professional. I will definitely call him again if I require HVAC service. He was referred to my by a friend.
