Giovanni and his team were very professional, courteous, always on time and the work done was immaculate. Would HIGHLY recommend! Explained things as the job was being done. Shutters taken down, then reattached after they were double-coated with new color, painted front door also. Replaced damaged siding and wood where needed. Giovanni runs a very professional painting team. Our house looks beautiful after their perfect exterior painting job. The team was very friendly throughout the week, as they first pressure-washed everything, then repaired imperfections in the walls and laid on the very attractively colored Sherwin Williams paint. The job was completed promptly and according to the estimate, which was quite competitive, and Suzanne at the office was very helpful in getting us set up. This is a team that takes real care with their work and we would definitely hire them again.

Summary: From the first contact with Pure Elegance our experience was very positive. Giovanni (owner) was knowledgeable, dependable, and thorough. Suzanne, in the office was efficient, friendly and returned calls promptly. The three employees on the crew were courteous, clean, hard working, quiet, and knew their business. Job was done as promised, within defined time line and was competitive with other quotes received. The finished product was excellent, beyond our expectations. (Gave 4.5 because I am not sure there is anyone that is absolutely perfect, but this company and the people are close.) More detail for those interested. I had three companies make quotes on our complete exterior paint job. Two were recommended by friends, Pure Elegance was through Home Finder. All quotes were within several hundred dollars. I debated going with someone who was not personally recommended, but decided on Pure Elegance because 1) customer service was excellent from the start; 2) when talking with Giovanni during his visit to our house he pointed out several issues that no one else had noticed; 3) only company who could provide liability and workmen's compensation insurance certificates. During his visit, Giovanni outlined the process that would be used to clean and prep the house prior to painting. Part of that process he said would include removing old caulk from between siding joint and anywhere else the caulk had separated from the surfaces. I was a bit skeptical that this would really be done given our house is 90% Hardiboard siding. I was very pleased to see that this is exactly what was done. The three crew members would arrive between 8:30 - 9:00 each day. They would promptly get to work, take a break for lunch and finish between 6:30 -7:00. Always friendly, no loud music, always cleaned up as they left. Other than the running of the paint guns, we hardly knew they were there. Suzanne was always prompt to return phone calls, just like the message says. She was on top everything. Provided follow up phone calls to confirm meeting times, start date, etc. Giovanni was first class all the way. His company may be small, but he is obviously skilled at what he does, has first hand knowledge of the job and expects the same from his employees. Being able to provide insurance certificates should be a key decision point. These folks are working on the roof, on ladders up to 30' high and often on unlevel ground. Without insurance, if something happens, it is possible the customer could be liable.

They came when they said, All work was done in a timely manner. Prep work exceptional. Painting was flawless. cleanup excellent. Best bid of three Angie's List painters. Family member examined the house when visiting at Thanksgiving and declared it to be an outstanding job and he's a perfectionist.

They are amazing. I will be hiring them again in the near future to paint the interior of my house. I recommended them to one of my friends who subsequently hired them. Also, several of my neighbors are thinking about hiring them.

The results are stunning! Giovanni and his team were prompt, efficient and hard working. They were meticulous to details and did an absolutely beautiful job! I would use them from now on for all my interior and exterior painting needs. Very impressed and put my faith back in contractors!!!

They are very detailed painters and pride themselves in doing a great job. After completing the job, they took the time to do a thorough clean-up of all of their materials. I am so happy that we hired Giovanni and his team to pressure wash, remove caulk, recaulk and repaint our two-story home. Its one of the best decisions I made this year. They did such an amazing and detailed job. They are very skilled, followed highest standards and used quality products. Our trust was well placed. Thanks a lot guys.
