+ 0 moreThe work was done in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. The workers paid attention to detail. They were pleasant and willing to accommodate changes in the original work order.
Description of Work: Power wash entire exterior of house, driveway and patio. Repair all rotted/damaged wood on exterior of the house, including trim, window sills etc. Install new facia board, siding, rake molding, exhaust vents, door sweep, shutters. install brick molding and window sill nose. Replace facia board and repair soffit (including removal & replacement of gutters) Paint exterior of the house - Put two coats of paint on all exterior painted surfaces of the house. Paint kitchen ceiling.

+ 2 moreI've owned a home in Georgia for five years. During that time I've hired four different licensed contractors. The first three did shoddy work that has to be redone. In one instance, the insurance company said it wasn't up to code. Owens Repair is the first company to do what they say. The owner, Cedric Owens, is meticulous. He does thoughtful, excellent work. He is trustworthy. For me this is very, very important. I have no issues with him being in my house. I will hire him again and again.
Description of Work: New roof on out building (shed), extensive plumbing issues on both showers, new bathroom vanity, painting.
