+ 6 moreMy husband and I bought a foreclosure which we and quot;attemptedand quot; to remodel ourselves. A year later, we had a lot of odds and ends left, as well as some new issues that came up.... We were referred to Randy by our lender (we used a 401K refinance for the renovations). Randy knew the process with the bank and was proactive with getting them revised estimates, permits, etc. The estimate phase was easy - Randy had the knowledge to tell us what would work and what wouldn't. Randy and his team did a great job with all of the work - flooring, tiling, electrical, landscaping, carpentry and roofing in particular. They worked easily with us as we changed our minds, and came up with new requests. They worked with our schedule, and put up with our pets as well. They cleaned up well at the end of each work day. We are super happy with the end result - couldn't have asked for anything better! Would definitely Randy and his team again.

+ -1 moreThey were very timely and picked up after themselves. They were friendly, cooperative, and just all around professional. I had a very good experience.
Description of Work: They have done flooring work in my house. They pulled out carpet and installed tile. They also installed a door and threshold. They stained the new molding.
