Description of Work: Lee Tree removed 2 of my Trees and helped me arrange a stump grinder as well. They are the best service I have ever talked to regarding trees. They are well priced, fair, and don't engage in the tactics certain other services use. | |Case in point I had some folks doing work on my neighbors yard come over and ask to talk to me. They said they noticed I had pine boring beetle in my tree and it would have to come down immediately. They said since they were working next door they would do it on the cheap. I called Lee Tree Jr to give a competing quote since they had worked so well for me in the past. Lee Tree Jr told me that the holes were the result of a bird, not pine boring beetle, that the tree was healthy and didn't need to be removed if i didn't want it removed. | |Lee Tree Jr's honesty and quality of service is stellar and i will continue to use them in the future.

Several times now we've called with a problem that I can't take care of myself, or don't know enough to take care of myself that he's come by to provide advice; he hasn't charged for those because he knows we'll call him for any major work. Last one was a tree that had a large (5" at base) limb fall; the tree has carpenter ants. He simply told us what to do ourselves (the tree is not damaged enough to come down). It saves them money, of course, but if we want mulch he'll have his drivers come by to leave a load (being VERY careful not to trash any plants), and we don't have to worry that he's leaving us a pile of pine bark beetles. THIS GUY IS AN ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, TRUST WORTHY, COMPETENT person.
Description of Work: Lee Cargle trims our trees every year and comes when we have a problem, whether it be time to take down a tree or have a question.

+ -1 moreThe company representative returned my call within the day, was very pleasant and scheduled an appointment for an estimate for 2 days later. Lee Jr. himself called ahead and showed up on time and gave us an estimate that was several hundred dollars less than other estimates we received. He also brought a copy of the company's insurance without us asking. The job was completed within a day of us calling with the go ahead and the job was completed per the estimate. Everything was cleaned up and Lee Jr. called the next day to make sure we were happy with his work.
Description of Work: We had one tree removed and a shrub removed, a large, dead limb cut and several trees pruned.

Description of Work: They cut down around 10 smaller trees and trimmed back a very large oak tree. They took 2 hours to complete the job and all debris was taken away by the contractor.

Description of Work: No work was performed, they were twice as expensive as other people. The job was for taking down 13 trees we got it done from another Angie's List company for $2500.

+ -1 moreAfter getting another estimate which was a good bit higher, I hired this company to do the job. Work was scheduled for later in the same week. Lee and his crew arrived on schedule and got right to work. The crew was efficient, careful of my property, and polite. I asked Lee to add a couple of things to the job and he did so for a fair price. These are professionals and work very well together as a team. Lee also dove right in with a chainsaw and was on site the entire time. The job was completed in the three or so hours promised, and the property looks great. I highly recommend you get an estimate from this company for tree trimming or landscape services.
