I called Lee last Thursday and he promptly returned my call later that afternoon. I explained my situation and he said that he'd be out Saturday morning between 9:00 and 9:30 to give me an estimate. I had a tight window because I was taking my two young children to the movies at 10:00. Lee showed up exactly as promised and originally gave me a quote for $125.00 to remove the largest branch that had fallen on my roof. We agreed that his crew would remove the other limbs that were touching my roof for an additional $50.00. Lee had told me that his crew would likely be out on Tuesday. They showed up on Monday while I was out of the house. When I returned I saw what seemed like an entire forest sitting in my front yard. My first thought was they made a mistake and have taken down too many trees and my second thought was they're never going to be able clean all this up. I'm glad to say I was wrong on both counts. They were gone in a half and hour and so were all the trees and the debris that had been in my front yard. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will certainly use them again.

Lee was easy to get in touch with. I got two other quotes and he had the best rate. He came on the scheduled day with his team and within a little over an hour, the job was done. Great experiences with out any surprises! Would definitely use again & recommend.

All went well. One caveat, discuss type of payment ahead of time. I had planned to use my Discover Card, but ended up paying half by check so he could pay the crew.

Very responsive and communicative with scheduling, easy to do business with. Work was performed as discussed, and they hauled off all the yard waste. We'll be calling them again!

He didn't make an effort. He said he was unable to come out even though he told me this was a good day for him.

He came out to do tree trimming for me, and told me that his truck was not going to be big enough to carry all the mulch away. He asked me if he could leave it in my yard and I could work something out with my neighbors with it. I told him I didn't want the mulch, and asked him to figure out a way to take it with him. I looked out my window to see how things were going, and saw Lee blowing some of the mulch under my bushes. I went outside as they were finishing up the work, and found the boys that work for him on the side of my house hiding the mulch under a pile of pine needles that had collected from the trees. I asked them what they were doing, and they said that Lee had told them to mix it in with the needles, and that he was over at my neighbors house looking at some trees for her. He had also trimmed my pear tree, and had broken one of the main branches. He was trying to get the work done as fast as he could, and had no interest in doing the work right.

Contacted Lee via email for an estimate. A written estimate was left in my mailbox. He responded immediately to my call to ask about his availability and was at my home with a crew within 2 hours. It took less than an hour for the work to be completed.

Service was great. Lee promptly showed up to provide an estimate. Later, when I decided to use his service, he was flexible in working with my schedule and he showed up on time. The team was professional, did excellent work and cleaned up after the job was completed. As an added bonus, the crew removed a brush pile from my property that wasn't even included in the estimate! I highly recommend Lee and his team for tree work!

The owner responded quickly to the request for a quote. When the intial crew came out to perform the work there was apparently some confusion about exactly what was to be done. Limbs were trimmed back but they did not remove two complete limbs that were agreed upon however when the owner was contacted the additional limbs were removed as agreed upon. The crew did a fantastic job of clean up, removing several layers of pinestraw and leaves that were not a result of the work done.

Professional and knowledgable. Very good communication and excellent performance. The clean-up after the work was completed was excellent. I would highly recommend Lee Jr.!

It went very well, they had it down and cleaned up in a very short time. The team work was wonderful and the job was done to perfection.

Lee called right away about my tree that needed help. He came out and pruned the tree and treated it for carpenter ants that were infesting the tree. He had to treat it several times to insure that the ants were gone. They were stubborn, but he kept after it. My tree is now beautiful and healthy and a pleasure to admire everyday. I then asked Lee about cutting back some of the ivy in the backyard that was literally taking over my retaining wall and stone steps, as well as climbing my trees. He brought his crew and they cleared a huge amount of ivy and cut it back from the trees so they aren't stifled by the invasive ivy. I will call Lee again in the fall to work back there even more and I will be able to walk in the yard again. I asked them to please be careful of the wildlife, as I have deer, bunnies, turtles and all sorts of other animals that call my yard home and I always want to protect their areas. They were very careful and watched out for any animal habitats while they were working. I really appreciated the care they took with my yard. I would highly recommend Lee and his crew, and will definitely use this company again.

Crew came out and cut down tree that was starting to hang over house. Did a good job cleaning up too.

Lee and his team were on time and were very professional. They did everything we had discussed. Lee and his crew were very polite and cleaned up great! I have already scheduled them to come back and install sod in my front yard!

They were very quick and thorough. Process only took 10 minutes. I called last week, May 27, but was unable to come remove tree until today, June 05. The guy took payment and the transaction was made.

This company did a good job for a fair price. They arrived on time, did the work efficiently and quickly, and cleaned up well after themselves. Having had several occasions to hire a tree service, I can say that this one is the one I liked working with the most. I will be using them again.

Arrived when he said he would to do the estimate. Came on a Saturday for me. Gave me an estimate right away. Scheduled it and they kept me informed very quickly of a delay due to weather issues (thunderstorms). Promptly came and totally scrubbed the backyard, took out the trees, removed the pave stone debris. Called me to let me know how they were doing and took pictures and sent it to me. Extremely reasonably priced for all the work they did. Backyard looks fantastic. Very thrilled with it.

They did a great job. Their price was reasonable and they were able to schedule the job relatively quickly. Lee kept me informed each day on his schedule and when he would be able to fit me in. The day they came to perform the work, the crew was very friendly. The tree came down easily and they finished the job very quickly.

Excellent contractor, very accommodating and, when I needed it most, very understanding of the insurance claims process. I have used this firm for many years and recommend them highly.

Mr. Cargle called to inform me that he could do the service on Friday 12/13/13 permitting that there was no rain but he called on Monday and stated he could perform the service 2 days earlier. Which was great. Mr Cargle stated he would arrive at 9am however he arrived one hour than anticipated at 8am with one other worker which was okay with me. Better early than late or not coming at all so I was okay he came early. They started promptly and was finished by 10am. They cleaned the yard and besides for the trees missing you would never know that they were there at all. They did an awesome job and would definitely hire them again and refer to my friends and neighbors.

We have been having ongoing problems resulting from trees overhanging our roof. We had gotten three different estimates from different companies, all of which were in the $700-800 range. I found Lee Jr. on Angie's List and left a voicemail on Mon morning, 11/18. Lee returned my call immediately and came out and gave me an estimate the same day. His quote came in at less than half the cost of the others, and he also honored the 5% coupon. He arrived with his crew this morning and did an EXCELLENT job. They were in and out in less than 2 hrs, and did a great job of cleaning up. He even had his guys do a little extra pruning than originally planned. Throughout the entire process, Lee was very professional, honest, prompt, and efficient. I look forward to hiring Lee for future jobs. I have already recommended him to my neighbor while he was still working on my job.
