Brad was great. After both of us had inspected the attic and basement he was able to narrow the area down to a single wall. He cut through the sheet rock and found the smoke alarm on the first hole. I purchased a flipped house 11 months earlier, and some contractor thought this is a really funny joke.

They're experienced and meticulous. They're not afraid to get their hands dirty, but when they leave the job it's spic and span, and done above and beyond.

A tree fell across the power lines at my rental house, and my tenant called me at 7:00 PM on a Saturday evening, telling me she was without power. I found Intown Electric via Google, and called them. I talked to David George, and after we squared away all the payment details, he went over to my rental and assessed the damage. He called me back, and told me he would have to get parts and complete the work the next morning. He was true to his word, and the next morning, he was on a ladder rewiring the mast and meter. David took care of setting up the county inspection, and followed through with the permit and hookup calls. It's now Monday morning, and my tenant is about to have her power turned back on by Georgia Power. This has been by far the easiest and most professional contractor experience I've had, and I would recommend David and his company to anyone who needs a good electrician.

I worked with David George. He was very responsive to my requests and concerns. My home is a 1920's structure with some old style framing using studs that are not standard. He was familiar with the ways to address this problem and advised the use of special electrical boxes that fit inside the studs. This is an investment property and he was very understanding of my need to get the job done to code but not go overboard on additional expenses. He made sure to do the job on budget. David was very informed about the electrical code and was very fastidious in following it. He even kept a copy of the code on the job site. He isn't like some contractors who try to cut corners to save time. The work was done in a timely fashion and with a cheerful attitude. In addition, David has familiarity with the carpentry and HVAC trades (although he does not offer services in this area) and was able to advise me in planning the overall renovation project to improve energy efficiency.
