+ -1 moreVery well.I am a real estate agent and I have used this company on all my new construction inspections and have received excellent feedback from all of my clients that I have referred him to. He is very professional and knows construction. I appreciate him showing up on time as we are all busy.
Description of Work: Inspected my new construction house and found several code violations and items that were not done. I would not have known this had I not had an inspection.

+ -1 moreHighly recommend that you go through the entire inspection with him--you will learn a lot about the house. Also, don't be discouraged by everything he finds--he will find everything, even things that are not big deals, but he will also help you understand what is a big deal and what's not.
Description of Work: Best home inspector in the business if you ask me. Very thorough, including roof, crawl spaces, all attic spaces, etc. Very helpful on suggestions for repairs, fixes, etc. even though that's not really part of the official inspection. Took over 100 photos and documented everything in detail. He's the one you want if you want to find out the good, the bad and the ugly of a home. I've had him inspect two homes--in one he was able to determine that the house was actually 20+ years older than the listing showed and many other hidden aspects.

+ -1 moreHe did an excellent job - very thorough and walked us through the entire house top to bottom. He inspected everything humanly possible to access, including a rat infested crawl space. He was very informative and patient in explaining his findings during the walk through. He also provided us a very detailed inspection report complete with photos on the same day of the inspection. Because of his thorough inspection, he found some major structural problems with this otherwise lovely house which saved us from unknowingly purchasing a money pit. We have used him again recently to inspect another house we were interested in purchasing and have recommended him to other people as well.

+ -1 moreRuss was very thorough and professional. Far and away the most complete home inspection that I have recevied. It took roughly 4 hours after which Russ walked us through his findings. He also provided a detailed report (43 pages) with pictures documenting his findings and repair recommendations. I will definetly recommend Russ and use his servieces again when needed.
