+ 0 moreJames is brilliant. He and his crew did a wonderful job. We only had to do without hot water for a couple of days. We managed thanks to James. We will always rely on him for our plumbing issues.
Description of Work: Our water company messed up the sewage pipes that they put down six years ago. They failed to connect our sewage pipes to the new sewage pipes. After six years, our sewage started backing up. True blue plumbing found that the problem was on the water company side. The water company dug up our street and our yard again. After filling the holes in the street and our yard, the water company used their crane to pound on the street and in our yard causing our homes to vibrate violently. It caused our hot water pipes under our kitchen floor to burst, causing a major leak under our kitchen floor going out to our garage. The water company wanted nothing to do with it. We called true Blue plumbing and James came out immediately and found the problem. He got the job done in just a few hours with his crew. Rather than tearing up our brand new kitchen floors, he disconnected the pipes from the hot water heater and connected new pipes going up through the attic and down our kitchen walls. He and his crew did a wonderful job. James came to our rescue. He even replaced our outdoor water Spicket that another company screwed up years ago.

+ -1 moreJames answered when I called and came that day which was awesome. Very nice guy personable and did a great job. Just wish we could have used the new parts I had in place and moved them to the hot water line. Had to pay for other parts that wouldn't need to be glued and then wait for the glue to dry. Which would have put me over the hourly fee and thus cost more. Still very pleased with the job and would definetly call him again and or refer.
Description of Work: Dishwasher needed to be hooked up to the hot water and it was to the cold.

He explained everything to me, gave me an estimate and completed the work in a timely fashion. He then did a walk through with me to show me the work he had done. I use Angie's list because I want quality work at a fair price that is done by professional and honest people. Nothing less, nothing more. James was all of that. I will definitely use Guzman Plumbing again.
