Covered Dish Remodeling & Home Repair

I have worked with Jim at Covered Dish before. Yesterday, I emailed him with a list of projects, the most urgent being the toilet. He wrote back last evening, to say he could come this morning, which he did. When he arrived, he checked the toilet, said, "I have the part you need to fix that," got the part from his truck, and made the repair (replaced the ballcock) within half an hour. A couple of hours after he left, I noticed that the toilet tank wasn't filling completely, so I called him. He came back within the hour, and made the needed adjustment. On his first visit, we also discussed my other projects, and he did some measuring, to get back to me with estimates. Jim is a pleasant and easy-going person, in addition to being so knowledgeable and professional.

James completed an estimate of the job within 24 hours of the initial request and made recommendations that saved us quite a bit of money. Work was completed on schedule and we were more than pleased with the outcome. We plan to do a bit of remodeling at a later date and will be calling on Covered Dish for assistance.

Everything was great. Jim gave me an estimate as to time and cost in advance, and stuck to those estimates. He replaced my old kitchen sink and faucet with minimal disruption to my kitchen. He placed the electrical outlets in the garage exactly where my son had specified.

Everything was great. They came when they said they would, had the good sense to realize that my stairwell was constructed in a way that would not permit them to build the bookcases outside and then bring them in, so they built the bookcases in the office before installing them. They asked for my approval on the spacing of the shelves (I had already approved the overall design). They painted the shelves to my specification. The estimate they gave covered the work. It was completed slightly ahead of schedule.
