Description of Work: They come out and check our heating and A\C twice a year for us.

+ -1 moreFIRST THEY SAID THEY COULD REPAIR THE OLD SYSTEM, ONLY TO DISCOVER HALFWAY THROUGH THAT THEY COULD NOT. WE FELT WE WERE STUCK SINCE THEY HAD ALREADY STARTED. SO WE HAD THEM INSTALL THE NEW FURNACE. THEY THEN TOLD US WE NEEDED AN A/C REPAIR, AND WE FOUND LATER WE PAID FAR TO MUCH FOR THIS. THEY HAVEN'T FOLLOWED THROUGH ON THE PROMISES THEY MADE, THE NEW FURNACE ISN'T WORKING, THE REGISTERS DON'T FUNCTION, AND THEY AREN'T VERY RESPONSIVE. WE'RE CALLING IN AN INSPECTOR JUST TO MAKE SURE THEY DID WHAT THEY SAY THEY DID. WE HAVE NO CONFIDENCE OR FAITH IN THEM, AND ARE SORRY WE CALLED THEM.
