We only wanted the service we agreed upon, they had to come back out twice before finally getting it right. prior to that the owner ( Barbara)came out to collect the money for the job.myself and Tena( Executive Admin ) ( we was in the process of explaining to her how unhappy we were with the job, she said, first what are we doing here I have another appt to get to, so Tena ask her what is her role in the Company she the I'm the Owner , once Tena discuss to Barbara how unprofessional they were and the job is not complete, Barbara then said someone would come back out the next day Sunday 2pm 20-Aug per Barbara ) and finish the job.they didn't show up that day (but came out that Tues, 22-Aug and Finish the Job, the Lawn Care supervisor Jambor and picked up the check

Cost $1100 - CCS team would like apologize that you weren't happy with our services. Customer originally called in for full service Lawncare we quote $3250 & $1375 bi-weekly. Customer called in said he had $1100 for mow, edge, and blow Only! Could we help him. We agreed and in middle of doing job Customer advised that, "it would be best in CCS interest to weed eat and trim (3) large bushes for free". CCS advised there would be $175 additional charge weed eat and trim bushes. Once we declined render free services complaints began day check was to be issued. CCS finished project the first day and have pictures. CCS did everything it took to satisfy customer. The CCS crew has always and will remain professional, regardless of the circumstances. CCS value's every customer and every project we are contracted to complete. We pride our Company standing by our motto, "We Do Jobs Right The First Time". CCS has been 5 Star rated the past 4 years and will continue to strive for excellence as a growing, success driven, integrity based company. God bless Thanks CCS,

Description of Work: I did not receive any services and/or have any work done by Clean & Clear, but I am writing this review in reference to their professionalism and tenacity to contact me about my proposal to paint the interior walls of my home. Initially, before I discovered Angie's List, I sent a proposal through Homeadvisor.com attempting to secure an honest, reliable, painting contractor. However, after I found out about a painting contractor via Angie's List, I decided to have my home painted by that contractor. In any event, Clean & Clear Services responds in a timely manner, through calls and emails. They are professional and in the future, when I decide to have flooring work done (they provide that service too), I will contact them to get a quote/estimate:)
