Description of Work: They do not service my area as stated in your listing. I would have to be there when they were available not when I was available.

Description of Work: I had requested that Casey Tree remove two large trees that posed a risk of falling on my house. The work performed by the team at Casey Tree Experts was truly outstanding. Starting with the communication with the front office I couldn't have been happier with the information provided, the timeliness of the work performed, and the reasonableness of the price. Most important to me as a customer was that all of the Casey commitments to me were met or exceeded. Working with Mr. Bill Ogletree as the estimator and supervisor on the project was a pleasure. His courtesy, professionalism, and obvious experience and expertise offered a great start to my project. From the sensibility of his recommendations to me I felt that Mr. Ogletree would assure that my problem was taken care of promptly and effectively. His interest in effective coordination and properly supervising the effort was evident from the start and throughout the project. While this was not a large project, it was very important to me, and his interest in meeting my objectives was evident and appreciated. He exceeded the goals that I had wanted to be met by Casey Tree Experts. The team that performed the work that day, led by Ernesto, did a terrific job. They effectively assessed the risks and various possible approaches prior to starting the job and systematically performed the effort and completed the work in a very timely manner. There appeared to be no wasted effort and a consideration for minimizing the inconvenience to me. The result was that the trees were taken down in an efficient manner and all cleanup work was effectively done on the day of service. The follow-up work (grinding tree stumps and hauling off logs) was done within two workdays of the initial work and excceeded both my expectations and the commitment originally made by Casey. I was very pleased with teh work performed and would highly recommend using this company for quality tree services at reasonable prices.

Description of Work: They were prompt, cleaned up the yard very well after taking the trees down, were reasonably priced and we would use them again.
