ATC FLOORING

Originally ATC installed my hardwood floors thru lumber liquidators. They were professional, clean and prompt at that point. I was very impressed with them. I knew I would use them again should I have any future flooring requirements AND THEN three weeks ago I had water damage and called Allin. Allin gratiously came out to assess the damage give a quote and proceed with the job. He said he could do it but was busy, he would look at his calender and call me back, that however changed because the previous excellent serviced diminished immediately. I had to constantly call to ask if he could do the job and when he was available. I eventually got the quote back and he scheduled with me to proceed with the job today (August 26, 2013). Today he did not call, I called to check this morning and have been receiving his voice mails the whole day. He did not give a courtesy call to say he can't make it or could not take on the job. I eventually got hold of him (thru various people constantly calling ) and was told that he had an unexpected move and he would be here in a couple of hours. It is now 7:25 pm and I have not heard back from him nor have i received any information from him that he could or could not complete the job. AT THIS POINT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ATC FLOORING TO DO ANY of your work.
