I called Repairs Unlimited after looking on Angie's List for the and quot;handy manand quot; category. I had a sundry list of things that needed to be done before I rented my home. Robert called me back immediately and we scheduled a time that he could come look at the various things I needed done. It was a few days out so the night before he called me to make sure we were still on for 8am. Robert showed up on time and we walked through the house to discuss what things I needed to be done. Since I wasn't real sure about the cost of replacing the double casing doors in the garage Robert offered to split up the estimate so I could see how much that piece would cost. I received the estimate the next day and we set a time when Repairs Unlimited could finish the work. The team quickly started work, were never a bother, were professional and worked in a couple of incredibly hot days. When the rear exterior door jamb was pulled from the house it was realized that there was more damage that was discernable when I initially saw the rotten wood around the door. Robert let me know and explained what my options were. I could either have him frame something out from scratch or have a whole other door, with framing attached and keep my existing. Since the door had seen better days I had him replace the entire door. He let me know the cost as well. I felt completely comfortable with leaving the home while the team worked. Also, I left my pet in the home while they were there-- she seemed to enjoy their company! When the work was completed Robert printed out the estimate and then added what the additional vent boots and door cost. I am completely satisfied with the work and will use Repairs Unlimited again!

I had previously had my daughter's house remodeled/painted so we could put it up for sale. Afterward, during bad weather, limbs fell on the electrical/phone/cable lines leading to the house, resulting in the facia and dripedge being pulled away from the soffit. Roby and his coworker took the facia down, cut off the old nails, reattached the facia and dripedge, relocating the line holders to the facia and caulked along soffit and joint. There were ridges left on the facia where old gutters had previously been removed. They sanded the entire length of facia across the back of the house (which I had requested the prior home remodeler do but didn't), and repainted. They also installed new door hinges on workroom and garage storage room doors, repaired garage storage room door jamb, trimmed top of door to prevent sticking and painted inside of door and jamb. In addition, he removed and installed a new front porch light The sanding and garage storage room repair/painting were part of the work my remodeling contractor failed to complete. I was very pleased with their work and cost of job. They did an excellent job, more than I can say of the general contractor.

He was professional and he provided me with a quote via email. I was impressed with him and there wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

They gave me an estimate before they started. They showed up and started when they said they would. They finished on time and I paid them what they estimated. I liked all of those things.

Robbie arrived on time, he put together the pet door assembly, and cut the necessary hole in the (metal) door. He discovered that the template he used to carefully measure and cut was off and had to go back and widen the opening. Then he installed the pet door, only to find out the instructions that came with the product (which I purchased at a local box store) were backwards. He removed the pet door and installed it correctly. He then sealed all cracks and spaces around the pet door. What started out to be an hour's worth of work turned into three. He was very professional about it; never complained nor asked for more money. He is meticulous about his work; nothing sloppy. Exceeds expectations! I would definitely hire him again.

He was very organized, which was highly unusual for a painter. He was very meticulous about his work, as he made his helper go back and redo something which I didn't even notice was wrong.

He is conscientious, reliable, and very interested in doing his work correctly the first time--he is very precise. He is on time, he keeps you informed, he does excellent work.

I was given an estimate, date set for work, and received a call with notification as to exact time of arrival on begin date...... I was impressed that extra care and extra detail work was done as part of the project....Roby and Josh were so easy to work with, very professional and willing to please....already booked additional work with them
