Description of Work: They did not do as they were asked. I paid two bills in their store within 2 days of service. I received several statements from them. I called twice explaining that my checks had cleared the bank. They would check on it, have not heard from them. They were building a pool for one of friends backwards from the plan! Had it not been caught by my friend, their home (on concrete slat) could have been flooded. They are careless and they change their sign in front of their business. One time it said something along the lines of "Like us on FB or not!" I found this to be arrogant.

Description of Work: Needed help with our new pool. They were unresponsive I had to keep on them. I finally gave up and went to Hinmans. Melissa is awesome!

+ -1 moreWe hired this company to do the weekly cleaning of our pool, our pool stayed in a state of green and had black mold growing in it. I would refuse to swim in it. Their tech would come out treat it and the next thing we knew the hoses would come off our pump motors. When the main pump finally seized up after one his trips Vickie Mullins said, I would have to pay for half the pump, I told her it was not my fault her tech did not properly service my pool or its equipment. She sent them out to "repair" the main pump and the next thing I knew the Polaris motor seized up; I might add that Mullins Pools replaced this motor 3 years ago when we bought the house as part of the contract. When I refused to pay the bill because their tech kept messing with our equipment, which we never touch unless he has been out and we have to turn the pool motor's off because we have water shooting out of the pump over the two story workshop roof. They sent us to collections for $1173.00 and it has cost me $1782.84 to fix what they have messed up.
Description of Work: They were hired to clean and maintain our pool system.This was not done as we continued to have a green pool, black mold growing, two motors seized up during the time their "services" were performed.
