The entire process was great (as expected). Because of the way the siding was installed on the house/around the windows, it was not possible to detect all of the rotten wood before hand. What I thought was just one rotten window frame ended up being 7. Kenny repaired/replaced all the rotten wood and then installed the new energy-efficient windows.

It is impossible for me to adequately express my complete and total satisfaction with the work that was done...there are not words! -I called Kenny for an estimate; he came right away. -He listened to the details of what I wanted and provided feedback. Having no experience in carpentry, I could only rely on the advice and guidance of a professional. -Kenny called me back the same day with an estimate. I called him a few days later to let him know I wanted him to do the work, and he scheduled the work right away. -The ramp/porch extension was finished in one day, and the handrails the next day. -Throughout the process, Kenny demonstrated his expertise - it is obvious by the way he works and the finished product that he knows what he's doing. After the work was completed, he cleaned up every scrap of wood and every bit of sawdust from the carport. When it came time to pay, the price was the same as the estimate he had provided. Bottom line: Kenny is knowledgeable, professional, responsible, reliable, and fair. He's a good guy, and he does awesome work! I look forward to calling him again when home repairs are needed.
